The hotel is in a great location with easy access to transport. Our suite had two bathrooms, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. The soundproofing could be better, but luckily I had earplugs. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from both Nanjing Road and The Bund. Its close proximity to the subway station makes getting around incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's an especially great choice for families visiting Shanghai. The front desk staff, particularly one kind lady, provided exceptional service and even gave my child a small gift. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

Very good location near the bund (see the pictures) and near the Tian Tong metro, about 5 mins walking distance. It is near the Qipu wholesale market as well, good for shopping. No window per the room I book. Only weakness is on their wifi, not working well. The breakfast is mediocre with no enough sitting place.
Overall value for money for the price it provides and location it has.

I have a soft spot for Motel XX's unique blend of artistic flair and convenience. Nestled perfectly between the dazzling Bund and the bustling Nanjing Road, it surprisingly offers a tranquil escape. The historic Post Office Museum along Suzhou Creek is just a stone's throw away, and with Tiantong Road Station (Lines 10/12) literally at its doorstep, exploring all that Shanghai has to offer is incredibly easy. Stepping into the hotel, the warm greeting from the front desk staff was like a ray of spring sunshine. The room was impeccably clean, exuding a minimalist yet elegant charm. In the morning, I awoke to enticing aromas. The specialty breakfast, featuring delicious noodles and dim sum, beautifully presented the delicate flavors of Shanghai, truly making my journey feel complete. A special mention to the thoughtful gentleman who provided excellent service two days prior.

Overall, the experience was great. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We arrived early, around 10:30 AM, intending to leave our luggage since it wasn’t check-in time yet. However, the staff kindly checked if any rooms were available, and fortunately, one was — so we were lucky to be allowed an early check-in. (Note: early check-in is only possible if a room is available.)

Internet speed is great. Location is about 5 mins walk from tiantong road metro station which is superb. And the station was close to the city area.
Body&face Towel, doormat is changed everyday. Friendly staff. Had a great stay here. Room was newly renovated, room was spacious enough, quiet environment. No bad odour. Powerful hot water shower . Two bottles drinking water everyday.
Definitely will be back again in my visit to Shanghai

Good location, 3 min walk to Tiantong Road. Next door to a shopping mall for clothing and local restaurants. Service is great. Breakfast with local vegetables, porridge and tea. Restaurants staff are fantastic. Room is comfortable for a people, been recently renovated.
