The host was very responsive, helpful on the check in procedure. They required us to register to the authority, everything follow procedures.
Willing to help me to receive my taobao items which I ordered before I reach was an added point. The home design was luxurious and really spacious. During our summer stay, the hosts prepared extra bundle of drinking water and more than sufficient of toiletries.
Aircon, washes are functioning well, except we dunno how to operate the water heater. The host was patiently guide us on how to switch on the water heater controller.
Very strategic location, near people square station and nanjing east station with walking distance. Easily can walk to nanjing pedestrian street and the bund. Downstairs is full of restaurant food, and a convenient stall.

A great location with responsive landlord. But the facilities are very old and poorly constructed. Spotty wifi service. Hard matresses, uncomfortable furniture and problematic bathrooms. Not worth the price.

It was a very comfortable stay. It's right next to the Bund on Nanjing Road, a bustling place, and the location is easy to find. There are also many shops downstairs, and it's wonderful to take a stroll and enjoy the Bund scenery in the evening.
One highlight: The diffuser stones and aromatherapy diffuser make the whole room smell wonderful. It's so comfortable to sleep in or just stay at home. The central air conditioning is perfect for sleeping, and the temperature is perfectly adjusted. The room is clean, bright, and well-lit.
It's fully equipped with a fully automatic toilet, a large bathroom, a bathtub, and quick hot water. The combination lock and access control make for a secure entry. There's also a sofa, TV, dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, and cookware. It's perfect for a family trip, like a small home. Highly recommended.
