My 5th stay here. Nice, new and clean hotel, well equiped, free laundry and great breakfast. Ladies at the reception are nice (as always).

The hotel is good but there's no nearby shopping mall or fine dining (within walking distance). It's about 15 minutes by car to the hongqiao train station. Overall it's okay but the hotel itself is always great with the amenities and staffs service.

Staffs are helpful that they can give you many suggestions. Room is spacious and clean.

The amenities were great, the free drinks in the minibar were welcomed after a long day in the heat. The young woman who checked me in was super helpful showing me to my room and explaining what was included with the room and where the gym, laundry and breakfast is located. Highly recommend.

This is a newly opened hotel with new facilities. I didn't have time to experience it carefully. I checked in at 10 pm. There was a man at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and attentive to help me with my things. I checked out early the next morning to catch the high-speed train. I didn't have time to take pictures. I plan to stay a few more days next time I come to Shanghai. In fact, it is very convenient to live in Hongqiao. I prefer to live next to the station so that I can take a taxi easily.

There is a small surprise in the free minibar, the Sealy mattress, but it is a bit soft. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, which are relatively small, but sufficient. Service: The service is quite good. If you have any needs, you can scan the code and the robot will deliver it directly. I was also given a cup of coffee when I left the hotel.
