The hotel location is fantastic and conveniently just a minutes away from Laoximen station. Everyone are patient and helpful especially 南星 and 言初 who helped us check in and open all the taobao deliveries, many thanks to them! The room is clean and tidy, thanks to aunty cleaner.For check out also smoothly, thanks to 纤月and 若兮. Hopefully the hotel can maintain their good services and cleanliness in the future. Will stay here again if travel to SHA again.

The location is great, has metro subway line 10 access to Hongqiao railway station and Hongqiao airport. Close to Yu Garden area. The metro station (line 10 and line 8) is just one minute walk from the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. Quiet and bed is comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. Good service. We also like the laundry room as it provides commercial washing machines and dryers. The reception counter is at level 6. We have a pleasant stay. 若兮 & 言初 are helping us for the check out. Check out process is smooth and easy.

Enjoyed my stay at Demores, front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Room is big and clean. Like the laundry facilities. Train station is just opposite the hotel. A few eateries within the hotel vicinity including bakery/cake shop. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay here, much thanks to the service and hospitality of 以墨 and 空青 who helped us out alot. The rooms were a decent size and clean. Hotel location was great, right next to a metro stop and near most major attractions in Shanghai. Unfortuately there was some room maintenance going on in the rooms around us halfway through our stay, but we were offered an option to change rooms.

Love this hotel! We are from Malaysia and did DIY travel ourselves. Free and easy. This hotel location is 100% perfect - just across the metro station (Laoximen) and walk up 800m you will find a mosque (for muslims). So halal food is also nearby. If you are up to people watching, walk up further you can find Yuyuan Garden! This hotel is the perfect location for us! The check in staff, despite not speaking English well were great and Yi Mo and friends definitely tried very best to make our stay enjoyable. Kudos Demores Hotel. Will recommend you guys definitely!

Very clean and well maintained hotel was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is 1minute walk from the nearest subway station and is in a central part of Shanghai close to all the tourist activities. The morning breakfast service had good variety and selection of food catering to the preferences of all age groups. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay specifically the two receptionists 南星 and 若曦. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Shanghai on holiday or business trip.

We have a very pleasant stay at this place. Yi mo and yan chu were sooooo nice and very accommodating.. The service especially breakfast was very delicious. They had a good cook.

Yi Mo and Yan Chu were extremely helpful. This hotel is an excellent choice for our trips, and we will definitely return.

5 stars service. The location is just opposite the Lao Xi Men mrt station. Counter staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely will recommend to friends

This is a hotel with good room size . Very clean and the service by all the staff were superb . Everyone are patient and helpful especially to Yi Mo and Nang Xin who helped with all the Taobao deliveries . It is opposite to the mrt station and near to the main shopping areas. Will stay here again in future .

Location is great, they give u a little welcome gift, aroma oil, for the humidifier in the room. The room is generally smart-room with 天猫精灵 hahahah and the TV is huge! But I had issues with screen-mirroring and airplay... My favourite part is that the front desk is at lvl 6, so i dont feel that awkwardness of seeing the staff every time (im introverted hehe). Very helpful staff that adds you on WeChat and can help you with any queries! Special shout-outs to Qian Yue, Yun Ling, Yi Mo! Also the cleanliness is top-notch! But 1 area of improvement would probably be maybe have the 'Do Not Disturb' option... as a solo traveller I'm more used to not having my room made when I'm staying in hotels as i don't want anyone coming in...
