The hotel location is ok . Dear service was poor and unfriendly with foreigner .room was too small, price was very high .

I booked last minute and for such price during Qing Ming festival, it's worth it. The rooms are really small, and the space between the toilet and the shower is minimal, but everything's clean. Also, the subway is at a walkable distance (Line 13 & 4). The soundproofing could be better; you can hear whatever is happening outside at night. I had an issue with the room's door and they immediately gave me another one, plus the cleaning staff is very nice.

hotel is clean and accessible to everywhere. it is a short walk from two metro stations. Staff are friendly to us.

Dirty, bad small beds. Useless toilet, useless bathroom in general. Would definitely not recommend

The room is functional. Overall it’s good with this price. But a bit far from the bund.

Great location and the staff are very friendly. The nearest subway station is about 10 minutes walking and the neighbourhood is full of shops and restaurants.
