1. The overall room comfort was extremely poor, and the cleanliness was truly disgusting. For example, the stains on the sofa were completely untouched, and other areas, like under the curtains, were covered in hair and dirt that flew everywhere with a simple shake. 2. When I checked in, I accidentally saw how the cleaning staff cleaned the room. They didn't even have a mop, they just stomped on the floor and considered it done. I was speechless. The pictures are all objective and true, not meant to be a smear campaign. Simply speaking, the accommodation experience was truly terrible.

The room was clean and tidy. The service was very good. If you need takeout, the front desk will also deliver it. The overall stay was great. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Shanghai next time. It was a very safe stay.

The experience was excellent, overall, clean, comfortable, and great value. The front desk and cleaning staff were both very nice, so I stayed for five consecutive days. I booked twin beds for the first two days, but only got a king-size bed on the third. On the fourth and fifth days, I got twins. The handsome guy with curly hair and glasses upgraded me to a family room, which I'm very grateful for. On the downside, it's a bit far from the subway and buses, and the rooms are a bit small regardless of the room type. However, I still think the pros outweigh the cons. Thanks again to the beautiful receptionist, Xiao Zhu, and the two handsome guys with glasses, Xiao Liu and Xiao Hu. They were very professional and warm.

Very clean. I wanted to change to another platform for a preferential price. The front desk helped me solve it directly. The aunt also helped me get a lot of takeaways.
