Close to metro station + quite a quiet neighbourhood. Nothing much to complain about! Love that the hotel provides bottled water upon request. Fuss free :)

Great location! The lobby is fancy. Restaurant located on level 2 is good. Nice food and service. Room is fine, clean.

We have absolutely LOVED this hotel! Wow! The best value for money I have ever had in my life! The room was spacious and clean at all times, the bed was the most comfortable and thw bathroom is huge! The room was well equipped and we are just so sad to leave! I will definitley be back at Novotel wherever in the world it'll be!

Very bad location in the middle of nowhere. Staff doesn’t speak English. Horrible smell in the room on 13 floor. And dusty and quite dirty. The cleaning was not don’t properly. Almost no day cleaning. I stayed 5 nights and first two nights on 8th floor but it was too loud due to thin walls I could hear the doors slamming from my neighbors. Dust everywhere
But worst part is the hygiene and bad smell of the rooms. The breakfast was horrible. Only steamed dry buns and other local foods. Not much western fold. I paid for daily breakfast but didn’t go at the end. It was unbearable

A very pleasant experience overall. The room is spacious, well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is well within walking distance of a metro station (line 8). A suggestion for improvement: there should be a master switch on the bedside.

Arrived at hotel on 12 Nov 2024. Porter came to take out the two suitcases from our taxi. Instead of taking them out gently, he jerked them out. Consequently, he broke the handle on one the two suitcases. When I notified one of the receptionists at the front office, she asked whether the suitcase was too heavy implying that his colleague did not cause the damage. I then approached the front office supervisor. He pulled a long face and said that he will investigate the matter by viewing the hotel's CCTV. After more than 30 minutes he still refused to accept liability on behalf of the hotel. I then told him that I would like to see a senior executive of the hotel if he is not authorised to settle the matter by replacing a new suitcase that was obviously damaged by the hotel's porter. Finally, he reluctantly agreed to replace the suitcase, but he told me that it will take a day of two for the replacement suitcase to arrive as he was going to order one from Taobao. When the replacement suitcase was delivered to me, I noticed that it was of a very poor quality, and it was smaller than the damaged suitcase. I gather that the replacement suitcase cost not more than 100 RMB. The front office supervisor had poor attitude that was shown on his facial expression. On the day of checkout on 14 Nov, the same porter refused to lend a helping hand to load the two suitcases into the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel ever again and if I am asked about my experience, I will share the same as detailed above.

The location is just about 10 minutes away and only cost 10-15 CNY to take a ride hailing from tourist spots like Nanjing West Walking Street and many commercial areas (Shanghai XinTianDi, ZhangYuan and etc).
Spacious room, room is quite new and comfortable. The staffs provide good hospitality and spontaneous response to my requests.
Nice and grand lobby that easily found by the taxi or ride hailing driver.
