Hôtel Albe Saint Michel Reviews

This was the worst experience of my trip to Europe this year! The hotel staff were arrogant and indifferent. They confirmed everything online early in the morning. However, when I checked in around 8pm that night, they insisted on sending the confirmation letter to their official email address. However, their Internet connection was so bad that it took half of the time. Hours later, the staff member got impatient and gave me the room card again! Then I was assigned a loft! I spent 2,100 RMB/night on a hotel and I was really speechless when I encountered such a situation! What is even more irritating is that there was heavy rain in Paris on October 9th. We returned to the hotel in the rain and were shocked to find that the room was leaking! I communicated with the front desk clerk and hoped to change rooms, but was rejected indifferently❌. It said that the hotel had no available rooms, but I found at least three available rooms on their official website! In desperation, I turned to Ctrip customer service and received enthusiastic and proactive help. Although I was not able to change rooms that night, I was able to book a nearby Hotel De La ** for me the next day (I was very satisfied with this hotel👍!) Special thanks to the customer service butlers Ke Ke and Xiao Yin! I am also very satisfied with Ctrip’s service attitude. I am particularly glad that I booked a room through Ctrip this time😃. We strongly urge Chinese people not to stay at the Abbey Hotel in Saint-Michel. The service attitude is bad, arrogant and deceptive, the breakfast is mediocre, the environment is noisy, and there are a lot of shops and bars selling souvenirs in the surrounding area. Although public transportation is convenient and the Seine River is just steps away (that’s why I chose this hotel) the security is terrible👎 Attached are photos showing evidence of water leakage in the room that night! Rooms below the 5th floor have rain shelters, only the 6th floor does not!

The room is really too small Never live with two people together I can't even spread my luggage. Except for the better location I feel like I have nothing to brag about. No slippers yet

The location is great, the room is small but well designed, the breakfast is poor

The room is clean. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby. The Seine River and Notre Dame are very close. It has a quiet effect in the middle of the noise.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the subway, clean, and the staff were friendly. I plan to visit again next time I come to Paris.

It's very convenient as it's close to the bus stop for CDG, and all of Paris' major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The inside of the hotel is clean and if you are not looking for luxury, there is a refrigerator and electric kettle, so you will be satisfied.
