The location was easy to find and the access to the station was good. However, although there are free drinks in the lounge, I think I would like to take coffee back to my room to drink. It's a simple business hotel.

The WiFi connection keeps dropping while I'm using it, and the speed is too slow to be usable, so I'd like this to be improved.

There was a strong smell of paint due to renovation work underway.

There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious. Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel.

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed here. Just like last year, it was clean and I felt at ease. I returned to my room after the third anniversary. I was sorry that the cleaning staff was in the middle of cleaning at that time. However, thank you for your kind hospitality. My daughter's room next door had been cleaned, and I forgot to put up a sign to request cleaning, but they kindly cleaned it and I was grateful. There were my grandchildren's stuffed toys lined up on the bed, which was heartwarming! I came from the Yokohama area, but it was far away, so I was able to relax and unwind. I am very grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The room has a USB port and is reasonably priced for a business hotel. Including a hair dryer. There is a convenience store nearby, so if you bring your own, it won't be a problem. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, with just a selection of pre-made foods. I would have preferred a convenience store.

I stayed here for about a week for work. I would have liked more side dishes for breakfast. I didn't eat dinner, but I'd like to try it next time. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioning was a little strong (cold) and difficult to adjust, so I ended up feeling a little sick... However, I plan to return for work next time, so I would like to use the hotel again. The hotel was in a very easy to find location, so I was able to get there without getting lost. The room was clean, and the futon was fluffy. As soon as I entered the room, I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep. The staff were also very kind. There was a station, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance, so it was a very convenient location. Check-out was until 11:00, so I was able to take my time in the morning. I would like to stay here again if I come to Yamaguchi. It was my first solo trip, and I had a very comfortable time. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were very kind and polite. Other than the fact that the slippers in the room were very cheap and the bathroom curtains had a moldy smell, there were no particular issues. 　The room I stayed in was a single, but of average size. It was compactly equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, and other necessary facilities. The room was well-cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. 　The bathroom was a unit bath (which was spacious even for me, a large person), and there was no large communal bath. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were always provided, but toothbrushes, nightwear, etc. were available at the front desk, and guests were asked to take what they needed. 　The number of parking spaces is limited and it is first come, first served, so if you wish to use it, be sure to make a reservation when making your reservation. 　The hotel also offers breakfast service (for a fee). (Depending on the accommodation plan, in most cases a separate application is required.) 　The price was reasonable, and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The noise from the TV and voices of the people in the next room was a little annoying, but other than that it was good. The room was clean and the route from the station was easy to find.
