Everything's very good. Very nice view from lobby. Breakfast good. Room clean and spacious. Very close to metro station line 9 and malls everywhere. Very nice place to stay and live.

The room is spacious and offers a great view. The lobby is located on the 38th floor. The room also includes a small refrigerator stocked with a complimentary drink. Daisy assisted with the check-in process, and the young lady at the front desk even gave us some small gifts. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and the location is very cost-effective.

Experience good - Fossette is helpful and great services . Room is clean and tidy as well. Comfortable .

Service is great, front desk staff can speak english that can very helpful for tourist. Breakfast is so so, not too much choice. The only one that not satisfied us is the bathroom. The floor is very slippery, water doesn’t drain properly into the floor drain, causing water to accumulate on the floor. Also, the shower doesn’t properly dispense hot water — when using hot water, the flow is weak. The cold water flows normally. Those are the only things I think need improvement

Millie and Selina were friendly and helpful during our stay when check-in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, new and colour theme is very soothing. Service staff auntie to our room was also very friendly and helpful to our service. Transport is very convenient and there are many malls and eateries around the hotel. It is a very nice hotel, we will stay again if we come back to Shanghai.

My business with China. I lived in China and was in different cities China. Just probably more than 50 hotels. The main problem of Chinese hotels is dirt, black hair, bad smell. So almost everywhere, even in expensive hotels in China. But!!!!! This hotel is the cleanest on my experience! I'm really surprised, I didn't know that it could be in China. Again! Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Lujiazui is the cleanest hotel in my experience of living in different hotels in China!!! The entrance to the hotel may not be noticed, especially from a taxi or night. Good location with malls nearby and great connectivity being just several metro stops away from Nanjing Rd and the Bund. Lovely views of the city from the room.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Lujiazui. From the moment we arrived, the staff made every effort to accommodate our preferences. We requested a room on a higher floor and were delighted to be placed on the 37th floor. The view from our room was simply stunning, one of the best we could have hoped for. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely well mannered, attentive, and always willing to assist. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team who were incredibly patient with our late departures, often not leaving the room until after 14:00 or 15:00. They always made sure our room was cleaned without any issues, which we really appreciated. We also had some packages delivered from Taobao during our stay and want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Lily and Malone. They were exceptionally kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist us in tracking a few lost parcels. Their support made a big difference and we are very grateful for their care and professionalism. Finally, thanks to the gentleman that made the checking and assigned us the room, unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, and Fossette for making the checkout process quick and smooth. All of these thoughtful touches made our stay not just good but truly pleasant and memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Good, friendly service during check out from Ms Megan Chen. Wonderful stay here with large rooms, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and lovely views. Awesome location, close to 3 malls with wonderful eateries, massage (clean and decent ones), grocery marts and local street food just around the corner.
