I didn't really want to complain, but honestly, there were many aspects that left me very dissatisfied, and I hope they can be improved. Its only saving grace is its proximity to the metro station, just a few hundred meters away. 1. I booked a room for nearly 500 a night. For this price, it really doesn't offer the same value as chains like Hanting (全季) or Vienna. To make matters worse, just a day later, the price dropped to a little over 300 a night. 2. Breakfast consisted only of milk, bread, and eggs. While 15 per person isn't expensive, you still had to go down to the front desk to pick it up yourself. 3. To do laundry, you had to go to the front desk to get a laundry pod. Couldn't they just provide some liquid detergent or powder in the laundry room itself? 4. Many hotels allow for late check-out until 2 PM. This hotel's 12 PM check-out is already a bit strict, but they even came to 'remind' us 10 minutes before, and staying over 15 minutes incurs an extra hour's charge. We did check out on time, but compared to other hotels, it left a very bad impression. 5. The room was extremely small. With two beds, there was barely any walking space left. Some of the electrical outlets were loose, making it easy for plugs to fall out. 6. There was a small sofa and a low round table. If you wanted to work on a laptop, you'd have to hunch over. 7. Only one room card was provided, which was very inconvenient if two people wanted to go out separately.
