Affordable hotel and very convenient ❤️. Many shop and restaurant around the hotel with walking distance

The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

The room is spacious and reasonable price. My kids really love the pool with half of it covered by roof. So no worry for us especially during rainy season

Stay there for my convocation ceremony.. The location not so far from the event. Breakfast quite delicious and variety.. room is not so big but still nice.. Overall, I'm satisfied staying there with my family.

Staff baik , location strategic . 2nd time stay at this hotel, but this time im not satisfied at all . 1) Housekeepers tk tukar selimut ke ? Bcs ada stain . 2) Bila bkk paip, air terus bocor drpd tali2 tu . 3) Bilik tk dikemas dgn baik, sbb rambut2 tu ada dkt atas meja2, dkt bed side table . 4) Breakfast ? 5/10 only . Not so many options. 5) I didn’t complained on that day or ask for room change bcs of to tired 8 hours of driving. Just need to sleep .

I accidentally booked wrong date.. when i ask to cancel or change the date, hotel ask me to call agent.. whattt??? Who i need to call???

Very strategic place to stay, Surrounded by many facilities and easy to get food, Parking free using TNG. Definitely will repeat again.

Bath wall and basin sink -wall are not clean and black moulds Basin sink problem and bath during using water / problem of not draining.

Very bad hotel! The hotel is old and dirty, got stains on the carpets and sheets. The aircond is unable to cool the overall room, you can only feel the tiny cold air. The toilet smells like sewage even they do provide toiletris. The breakfast is actually good but you have to ask them to refill the food because the staffs are not really aware whether the food is available or not. So inconvenience. The only good part is free parking upon retrieval.

1. The room carpet was extremely stinky, making the environment quite unpleasant. 2. There were no towels provided in the room and there was no one at the reception to address these issues. 3. The advertised Wi-Fi service was not available, which caused major inconvenience. 4. The room was exceptionally noisy, which made it difficult to rest. 5. The lift was broken, forcing my auditor to use the stairs, which is unacceptable. 6. To make it more unacceptable is the air conditioning was not functioning, making the room unbearably hot. and the best is all off the staff not even reply my email, email send on 21NOV . Manage to spoke to one of the staff and the staff said will ask the manage to reply us. but until now no reply. Is really bad searice.

Comfortable hotel , strategic location and close to interesting areas with easy public transportation

Good for traveller and trip for work. Near town and restaurants. Recommended.
