Good hotel very close to subway station. By subway in 20 minutes you are in the city center of Milan. Breakfast selection was decent, but we expected something better.

The hotel is clean and the air-condition is wonderful. The bed is firm enough and supportive. The pillow is OK. All the facilities included hair dryer, iron and safty box. Plenty of power plugs including USB, USB-C. The breakfast is good. The only thing I don't like is the shower cabinet is too small and the I don't like the raining top shower. Overall impression is good for this hotel.

The customer service was terrible and the room cleaning was bad The room is dirty and not ready to be served.

The hotel is in the suburbs, about 10 kilometers from Milan Cathedral. It costs 35-40 Euros to take a Uebr taxi. It is very inconvenient. It is not recommended to stay here if you are visiting the city. I booked four days, but the itinerary of the last day changed. I wanted to leave the hotel one day in advance. I contacted Ctrip customer service to change it, but the hotel did not agree. It was very bad. If you want to visit other places centered in Milan, it is recommended to stay near the central station.

The room is spacious and clean. The best thing is that it is far from the city center. The subway station is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The large supermarket is also about a ten-minute walk away. There are two coffee shops for breakfast. The bread is delicious and the coffee is also good. Breakfast for two people is 5 euros. It is a good choice for tourists who are looking for cost-effectiveness.

Not far from the subway station, 3 minutes walk, quite convenient. The hotel facilities are old and should be updated. The breakfast variety is also average, but the breakfast seating area is large. The cleaning staff forgot to replenish the toilet paper. I paid the room fee when I booked on Ctrip before this stay. When I checked out, the front desk accidentally charged my credit card for the room fee. This experience was not very good.

The bed is small, so students with larger bodies should consider it carefully. It is an average hotel for business trips. The service is average.
