Stayed at Seeds Hotel Seri Kembangan for an event at The Mines Exhibition Centre — the location is super convenient, just a short walk away. The room was basic but decent for the price; clean enough with the essentials. Great for a short stay if you’re attending something nearby, though don’t expect anything fancy.

Double Room. The hotel room was overall clean and spacious, with a comfortable and large bed. The washroom was a bit small, but it didn't affect the convenience of a short stay. The hotel has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh feel. Its location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to The Mines Shopping Centre, making it easy to access dining and shopping options. The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room, but this was mitigated by the availability of a self-service store in the lobby where cold drinks could be purchased. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.

The room was spacious, clean with simple design. The location is so strategic. Near to UPM and beside with The Mines shopping complex. Easy to find the halal food.

Much better than I expected. Bed was comfortable. Only bad abt the room is the toilet. If you attending the event here then it’s good. Overall satisfied.

They have event, and very noisy till more than 12am. Make me & my kids couldn't sleep/ rest well.

Good service, they let me check in earlier when the room was ready. Spacious room, worth for the money. Multi entry car park also free. Close to shopping mall, I love this place. There is a joyous food court in opposite, good food court. Will stay here again.

Hotel Parking at level 1 so narrow but many parking lots. No dustbin inside bathroom and room no tissue box.

The hotel location is just next to the mall, the room is big but very dispointed, the floor many dust; the table very dirty and still have the sticky stains for both the bedhead table and coffee tableI have to clean myself, jus don't understand the basics things can't done; the towel plz see the pictures, the air-con control can't see the screen; the shower head only has very hot (like boiled water that cannot take shower, lucky friend in other room able to use their room to take shower; call reception always no answer; no mini fridge in room; asked for extra pillows cost RM3 per one; the 7-11 downstairs closed at night. All pictures for your reference only, maybe I am the only unlucky one.
