The floor is dirty. There are dusts on the wall. There was a cockroach on the bed. It's cheap rate so we can't really ask for too much. However, if they can maintain the cleanliness, the price can be increased to an acceptable rate. Far from KiP mall. No ATM around the area. A few restaurants open. No coffee shop.

Taught it was a nice place as seen on trip but when came to the real place it was so behind a dark area with no place to eat, if said security it is very dangerous for ladies to stay.

It is ok if you just need a sleep before taking a flight, but it is a little bit uncomfortable. No windows in my room and it is quite old, but the bed was comfortable enough and the price was decent. If you're on a budget and need to sleep before an early flight, go here

The place was not too bad but it wasn’t the best. The location is close to the airport which is good.

Close to KLIA, 20 minutes drive from hotel. Room was clean but air conditioning need to be serviced.. Not cool enough.

Near to airport and overall my family and I are satisfied with our stay. There are some restaurants nearby. If you use ehailing to go here, you can pin your location at nsa tyre which is nearby because the hotel area is quite isolated. Recommended

Just suitable for short distance rest because of airport transfer in early morning, No sound proof when there is another person talking at downstairs during midnight, cleanliness just on average, air cond not function well too

Location is near to the airport the one and only benefit. The staff took extra 20rinnget from me for early check in even though the whole hotel was barely full, many rooms were empty. Still it was really unethical and wasn't expecting from them. Bed sheets had stains on it may be tea or what. Little bugs were also seen in the room Overral just ok for 1 night only.
