Junibino Hotel Hongdae Reviews

Absolutely terrible. The booking site said check-in time is 3 pm but once I made the payment the booking confirmation said that check-in time is 8 pm. I contacted the property right away to cancel and get a refund since I was booking somewhere else within 3 minutes of making the reservation but they told me they didn't get any booking from Trip.com and refunds were not available either. I contacted the Trip.com customer service and they acknowledged the mismatching information but still told me a refund was not possible. Spent over an hour of my traveling time trying to resolve this issue but nothing. I didn't stay here but they still fully charged and kept the booking.

I love this hotel so much, the room is huge and bed was very comfy. Wanted to watch netflix but realised that I needed another remote controller for it and have to collect from front desk. But overall, the hotel ambience is great

The room has a central air conditioning system that provides both cooling and heating, but the temperature cannot be adjusted. It feels a bit stuffy, and there was one night when it was too hot to sleep.  The lights in the shower room and bathroom turn off automatically.  The room is relatively small, and there isn't enough space to open the suitcase.  The towels have an odor and are also stained.  The environment is quiet, and the bed is comfortable.

abit apprehensive before checking in but loving it after staying there for 3 nights and would totally stay there again. 1. location is good as airport bus is just minutes away. away from hongdae crowd but everything you need is within minutes, 2 subway line, han river, supermarkets, restaurants, mangwon market, olive young, daiso, abc etc 2. modern room design with daily cleaning, comfortable bed, amenities 3. staff was helpful, seemless check in and out. explain the charges for late check out clearly and allows to leave luggage before pick up

My favorite hotel in Seoul. Clean, new, silent. The best part is soft bed. I sleep like a baby

Location is not really close to Hongdae, one subway station away.

This hotel is meant more for lovers and couple as the layout and design is not very ideal for friends and families. While sitting on the bed, one can see clearly from the mirror on the wall what one is doing in the shower room. It’s more like a lovers hotel. There is no main toilet door too, just 2 cubicles for shower (transparent glass door) and towel bowl (sliding door). It was very inconvenient as my male friend stayed in the same room with his grown up daughter and they had to avoid each other during shower times due to the room design The aircon is controlled by the building and the remote don’t really work even if u adjust the degrees. You may have to call the lobby to adjust accordingly The lights are dim too. The whole room feels very yellowish even when ALL the lights are on. Even though there is a balcony, smoking is still prohibited and they are rather stringent on the checking out timing, once after 12pm, per hour is charged accordingly for lateness The nearest convenience stall is actually around 10-12 mins at the inter-junction near the train station

service and cleanliness was great. convenience store was about 5mins away from the hotel. the shower area would flood sometimes and movement in toilet can be seen from the outside.

Location is just great, close to subway and a within walking distance from Hongdae bars and restaurants!

Stayed for 3 nights and i’ll say i loved it! perfect location as it is a walkable distance from hapjeong station!! the staff there are friendly too!! Recommended!

Not bad! The room size is small but good enough. Glass walls surround the bathroom. A little awkward in the shower

Pretty great for a solo traveler. They give you a cookie at the front desk. Very clean. Alittle pricy compared to other same tier hotels

Very fresh comfortable and good construction in room The room was is big and clean enough But not convenient for MTR The air conditioner was rubbish with the stubborn system both in room and front desk
