It’s quite convenient near to shopping area . Everything was good except they don’t clean up the room everyday .

If you are the owner of this hotel and you are reading my review, please… ensure room is clean for hotel guest to stay in. My room floor is sticky and dusty when I went in. The toilet is filled with tiny flying bugs on the floor and flying around, and refrigerator is turn off with drinking water stored inside… why like that? Please… do better

The toilet was clogged by my kid's poo... I called front desk for help. A man soon came in and had a peek, then asked us to wait a moment, this moment was ~2hr. I called them again and asked them how long do we still have to wait, and they very soon came again with just a toilet pump... What took them so long actually?... To be fair, otherwise is satiafactory.

Excellent service and very clean and calm place. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in Seoul..... Please read this carefully before you book this hotel! First and foremost, the room is not clean nor well maintained.... Cup and basin in the washroom is unclean, floor is dirty, I highly doubt the hygiene level of this room.... More, the room has a very strong smell of vapes which is not pleasant at all. I raised this and requested another room, for the first night, they said the hotel is full so they can't arrange for us. Thereafter, no one ever followed up on our case anymore and the receptionist was not polite at all.... I requested for help via trip.com but the hotel refused our request for early check out and refund, we were really desperate and uncomfortable to stay in this room. I was surprised also to see the hotel lobby is like a refugee camp... For the two nights that I stayed, I see people sleeping, lying on the sofa at the lobby. I even see their luggage here, one of the lady is having her facial mask on..... How can I feel safe staying in this hotel when I see this, not to mention the hygiene problems. I even see cockroaches... Smokes/vapes - I thought it's just my misfortune to smell this in my room but I later notice cigarette is everywhere in the hotel and no one is cleaning this up..... Room amenities - all facilities within the room has been poorly maintained, for the glass-door at the bathroom for example, I failed closing the door and I would avoid pushing it hard, it seems to me the glass will fall off easily. What's worse?! It is NOT CHEAP AT ALL!

Everything is good ,convenient location , easy to get train and bus

good hotel and location is good near from everything so if you need something just outside from hotel, close from hotel you will found so many cafe and bar

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to a little mini market and maybe a 5 minute walk to Myeondong street. The room itself was very spacious and clean with a huge restroom. I especially loved the little “mud room” before entering the main room. For the price point, this was well worth it. There were a few negatives, but the main was that the entrance to the hotel were stairs. With a stroller and luggages, it made it a bit more difficult. Minor negatives were the elevator was smaller than the typical elevator and the tv didn’t turn on.

The hotel is in need of upgrading its bathroom with shower screen that is not provded resulting in a wet floor. Do note the location is near Hoehyeong station on an uphill path, challenging for seniors.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. No one clean up our room throughout six days stay. Another best part is, the air-conditioning not working and it so noisy. I had informed the front desk Manager fix it two days ago but he just ignored my request. I asked for refund for one night when I checked and he refused. I seriously not recommend anyone stay in this poor service hotel.

Hotel was ok, clean and good size room. Location very close to Seoul tower cable car. Plenty of shops and places to eat close by.

The proximity to many tourist attractions made this hotel a smart choice. We didn’t have any issues during our short stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower (no shower curtain or enclosure). Overall, it’s satisfactory for short stays.

Everything was fine, except for the power plugs which were too worn off, it was extremely difficult to charge our phones.

The room was not ready despite us arriving a few hours than the supposed check in time, no compensation was afforded to us, very dissapointing.
