Loved the location. Reception were very helpful and the toilet is the best for me so far in Japan. Cleanliness were well taken care of.

Location is great. Our room is small and tight, meaning a bit expensive for what we paid. No room cleaning for 3 nights with no discount on price. Breakfast is nice but not much variation if you stay longer. Staff has to use translation device for English communication.

The location is great. Close to the metro and has a few nice restaurants around. Lawsons around the corner is a godsend. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.

The room was very clean and the bed big enough for two people. The bathroom was a bit too small for a 1.80m person but manageable if you take care of your knees~

Really like their location! Very near to metro. However do take note that they only clean the room every 3 days, not the daily housekeeping like the hotel. Their breakfast is also very basic and repeating

I chose this hotel because of the good memories I had staying at a hotel near Akasaka. First of all, the location is really good. There are three stations nearby, and it is really convenient to get around using the Tokyo Metro. The best thing about this hotel is that the station is a 3-4 minute walk away. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and it was a great place to stay. There is no convenience store in the hotel itself, but there is a Lawson on the first floor of the building next door. The hotel staff were friendly. I didn't expect much from the facilities because it is an old hotel, but the cleanliness is not that great. There were bugs in the hotel, so I had to change rooms, there was mold in the bathroom, and the floor carpet was not cleaned well. If only the cleanliness was good, I would stay at this hotel again.
