Extremely good location! Just around the corner (literally) from Myeongdong Station exit 4, which meant that it was extremely easy to take the subway anyway, the buses and even the Airport Shuttle (which is all at the same place, Exit 4). Close to 2 convenience stores, and after 11am, stores start opening in Myeongdong and everything is bustling. We went during the mid of a 38 degrees celcius heat wave, and the AC in the room was life saving! There was a bit of a hiccup with the sink in our room when we first arrived late at night (3am - smooth auto checkin), but the very kind staff crew came the next morning after reporting it and fixed it up for us. There is free hot/ cold water on each level, a communal area on L7 that includes fresh towels if you need any. Had to take out our own rubbish and the toilet can't flush toilet paper, but this is a general Korea thing and has nothing to do with the hotel itself. We ordered a twin room with no windows. It was big enough to open 2 large size suitcases and for us to manoeuvre around. Overall, extremely pleasant and affordable stay! Would 1000% come back again!

I always stay here. Good location especially when you want to take airport bus. Even the mgt bit straight on check in time but its okay

It was really bad experience with this hotel we booked room before coming to there but when we arrived there no in on front desk we called on a phone number no one picked the phone and time was around 1 am ~ it was really bad experience if u r nit picking call of ur costumer so why did u put number on a desk and also we didn’t use this property they should refund our amount but they cancelled our refund requst i personally send email to the owner of property but still rejected ~

Super love the convenient location, though the room was kind of small. However, do note: Toilet flush isn't very strong. There's a sign telling you not to flush toilet paper. Probably not ideal for those who are very particular about cleanliness and clean toilets! Make sure you have the South Korean travel adapter (with the circular head) or be prepared to borrow it from the reception. Multi-adapters will not fit well as the sockets are recessed. The laundry room was out of order when I stayed and I was disappointed. I hope it's fixed.

Staying in Myeongdong is a fantastic choice for its accessibility, especially when you’re on a tour. Its central location in Seoul makes it a popular pick-up spot for tours, as many operators consider it a key area. Since most tours have early morning departures, being in Myeongdong saves you the hassle of traveling from farther neighborhoods.

Guesthouse is near to myeongdong station, exit 8 as well as the shopping area. Overall location 5 ⭐️. However the room is not sound proof and you can hear people talking and walking. Some guest are so inconsiderate as they keep shouting and talking loudly at the common corridor early in the morning (before 7am) or late hours (after 11pm). Room size is comfy for 1 person but might be squeezy for 2pax. Would consider booking hotel / bigger guests house for 2 pax instead. Overall not bad.

Myeongdong area. Clean, near street food and many shops. Staf is good

The location is superb. Staff is super helpful and friendly. My mom was sick during the stay and the staff was eager to help me find a medicine for my mom which makes me very appreciated.

The staff members are very helpful and reliable. My luggage lock was in problem and was unable to open it, they helped me to solve the problem and took initiative to purchase a new one with good price through online shopping. This is treasurable especially to a budget traveller who travelled alone in unfamiliar city. I also found them staying behind and working OT after 11pm to wait for a guest who was late arrival. The staff members impressed me the most during my stay.
