So calm and comfortable to stay

The front desk staff especially the older gentleman has only one emotion on his face which is one of indifference. Poor service attitude, does not smile, looks annoyed most of the time. Location is great espc if attending concert at KSPO Dome, walking distance of 20mins, short walk to the train station. has amenities nearby- wet market, convenience store, eateries.

We are cyclists and we could park our tandem in the lobby. The very friendly manager help us even to get the tandem through the doors.

Not recommended. There is hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. The room is poorly soundproofed. As soon as I got out of the elevator I could hear other people's voices in the room. The room lighting is not as bright as in the picture. It's very dark. Stayed for 5 days and the bed was not changed  Booked two rooms and ate takeaway with friends in one of the rooms. But the staff came to scold us. They had a bad attitude and said we couldn't eat takeaway together. There is no other advantage except being close to KSPO. I will definitely not stay there again.

The room is clean and hygienic. If you like to soak in the bathtub, you can choose this one. The room has good light blocking, but the room area is not large and the bed is small.

I stayed here for an event at the Olympic Park. It was only one train stop away, but I was able to walk home. There were restaurants around the hotel, and a market behind it, so it was fun to go around and eat! The room was very warm, and seemed to be well-cleaned. I liked that there was a large supply of toilet paper and tissues. There was a bathtub, but the toilet was at the back when I tried to take a shower, so I was worried about getting wet. There were almost no outlets in the room, so it was difficult to charge my devices. The front desk staff were all very nice!

There was some noise coming from the hallway and the soundproofing between rooms was a bit weak. There was little noise outside the building and the heating was warm.

There was a lot of dust, hair from previous guests, and even fake eyelashes. There was also black mold in the sink, which was annoying. Other than the location, there were no good points.

The room was larger and more comfortable than I expected, but there were many hairs in the room and in the bath, and the level of cleaning was rare in Japan. But it was cheap and the location was convenient, so I might use it again. I don't recommend it if you're going with a girl.

I couldn't sleep properly because of the mosquitoes, my face got bitten, my body got bitten, and the bathroom smelled really bad. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of fighting in the next room at dawn. It was a difficult night in many ways.

The room is very dirty, especially the shower, there is dust and a smell in the room, a hole in the wall. The reception staff are not very nice, they don't speak foreign languages. I asked for extra towels, I barely got them. The towels are terrible, old with stains. Mold in the toilet up to the ceiling😱

While living in Seoul, I feel like everything is convenient, so I come back many times ^^

It was one stop away from the concert venue, and few people got off, so I was able to walk even with a carrier, which I was very grateful for. However, I was a little worried as the trash cans hadn't been replaced since the previous guest and the building was generally very old. The front desk staff didn't speak Japanese, but they tried to communicate as well as they could, which I was grateful for. It was close to the station, there was a convenience store below the hotel, and a chicken shop next to it, so it was perfect and I would like to stay here again next time.

The location was good.. It was not good to spend time with a child because of the old smell.. It was not comfortable.. I think it would be okay to just sleep for a short time.
