Good location, cute decoration.

I checked in by myself, and didn't meet any staff from check-in to check-out. I was only provided with a key, so I wondered if I could just take it when I arrived. The room was big enough for me since I only needed to sleep! The bath mat was cute. However, I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control anywhere in the room lol The futon was thin, too. It was the day after the recent heavy snowfall, so it was very cold at night:(；ﾞﾟ'ωﾟ'): I managed to sleep by using a heating pad.

The sound insulation is not good, the transportation is quite convenient

When I live on the first floor, there is a sewage smell from the toilet. Sometimes it still happens when the toilet door is closed. In addition, I found black bugs crawling on the wall at night. The landlord is friendly and helpful, but the hygiene has improved.

There is a separate toilet in the room. The room has a peculiar smell and the bed is not too tidy and has stains.

Although it wasn't particularly close to the station, it was nice to be able to go straight from the station. Since I was alone, the room didn't feel particularly small, and it was just right. I was worried after reading the reviews that there was no hot water, but it came out normally. (needs some adjustment) It's not that it's beautiful, but I don't think it's that noticeable of dirt. I think it's a good place for people who want to stay cheaply.

Also, when I checked in, my brother carried my luggage upstairs, so I was very grateful. ・The plan at the time of booking said that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast service. ・I used it in March, but it was quite cold because there was no heating in the room. The bed was covered with an electric blanket and it was warm when I slept. ・I didn't feel particularly unsanitary about the toilets and the beds. ・The hot water stops coming out after a certain amount of time (storage type?), so if you want to wash your hair thoroughly, be careful. ・It is difficult to adjust the temperature if you are not used to it. ・If you can lie down and sleep, it's OK.

The place is in a back alley about 5 minutes after leaving Gongdeok Station. The owner kindly taught me one by one carefully. One thing that bothers me is that there is no hot water in the shower and it is very difficult to adjust. . It will be cold in Korea from now on, so I felt it would be tough. I was also worried that the tiles in the bath were wet from the beginning. It seems that the heating will not be turned on until November, so please be careful. Considering cost performance, it is a location that can be accessed directly from the airport, so if you have an early departure the next day, you may use it again.

The owner is polite and speaks Mandarin, and will take the initiative to help you carry your luggage upstairs. You can ask the owner to borrow it if you don’t have a transponder, but the stairs in the homestay are very high.
