Do note there is no housekeeping during your period of stay and you have to dispose your own rubbish. The toilet is also the shower room and the door doesn't shut fully so you have to shower in a corner to prevent water from getting out. There's also no microwave cuz they don't really encourage you to eat outside food. But the staff was friendly and location is really good (just outside the metro station).

There's only 1 lift to access the guesthouse and guesthouse is located at highest floor

24 Guesthouse was convenient as it was in Namdaemon mkt and walking distance to Myeongdong. As this is a guesthouse, not much service provided. Simple breakfast was provided.

Great guesthouse! Very clean, delicious coffee, good breakfasts. helpful and friendly staff.

It’s all about the location for this one. It’s a tiny space but close to a subway station and a market. I found the pillow a little uncomfortable. The breakfast is very basic, you can only get a piece of toast with cereal and milk. There is a great underground mall at the closest subway station though which has many meal options.

The room was too narrow to fit 2 people. There was no blankets in the room. Location is OK but we spent only one night and left.

We had a good experience staying here. Location was walking distance from Myeongdong Street so it was convenient. Staffs are friendly and the room is very clean. We’ll stay here again when we go back to Seoul. 😊

Hotel was not flexible enough to allow free cancellation due to sudden change in persons, hence the low service rating.

The place is very clean and great location. The room for 4 of us is very small which we don't mind.

The place is right next to 南大門market We got out from 會賢站 exit 5 via the elevator with about 130m walk like the instruction. (Although the map is not convenient for us... got to the wrong one paid back 40 mins back and forth. Be aware!) Room is clean and cute, the staff are all so friendly.

Good location. 10 mins walk to myeondong market. Toast with strawberry jam or cereals for breakfast. Room very small.

This was perfect for what we were looking for as we were there for a quick overnight to catch a flight. Room was clean and had a good shower and was warm. Breakfast was a nice benefit. They let us leave our luggage for the day while we explored the city. Its very conveniently located to public transit and within walking distance of the N Seoul Tower Hill and some markets. It was easy to get to the guesthouse from the airport. We met one of the owners who is very nice and was helpful. The new owners took over this summer, so reviews before that time might not reflect how it is now. We greatly appreciated that it was strictly non smoking To get there we took the AREX train to Seoul station and did one transfer to hoehyeon station. If you take the exit 6 from this station and look up high on the high rise, you will see the sign for the guesthouse. Then just walk about 30m and you will be to the door. There is also an airport bus that stops right there, but it is more expensive. Downloading Naver Map will be very helpful for traveling around Seoul, recommended to us by the guesthouse Tl Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS we enjoyed the Christmas decorations
