We were in a room where there was a hole in the roof that had been patched up with bandaids. There was a thunderstorm during the night and water started dripping. We were meant to stay 2 nights, but only stayed 1. There is also not a permanent member of staff on call all the time, so if you need assistance, you may need to wait a few hours.

The location of the hotel is good, but it's a bit dirty (I haven't seen any staff.. There are small towels in the room, the shower curtain is missing, and the sockets are not very convenient..but for your money in Seoul is not a bad option

Came for marathon. The room is functional. Very convenient. Airport bus stop abt 400m or so away.

The location is perfect. Service is good. They offer water, coffee every day. I would recommend this place.

Great convenient place, just a couple of minutes walk to essential shops. Value for money. There are many options for food in restaurants just a few steps away Great staff. Very helpful and positive.

Location and price are good. Front desk not always attended. No shower curtain or door. Hallway cleaning is needed, including dead bug.

I had a great experience staying here with my friends. It was just as shown in the pictures, and the service was very good. Check in/out was extremely smooth and the pricing was very affordable. It’s in a great location and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and easy access to the centre of Seoul. Clean rooms

The room was clean, and very quiet. There is a Yogyesa or Buddhist temple a few metres away where you can tour especially in the evening. It's beautiful.

The location is excellent, staff was good, but the room was very shabby, wallpaper coming off the wall, multiple holes in bed sheets, smelly and dirty air-conditioning

For a family of 5, the price was very attractive and the location was great (walking distance to gyeongbokgung, jonggak subway, and convenient store beside the place). The floor is heated, so it was welcomed in the winter. Check in and out was self service, so was quite lost initially (we just took the card on the table and head to our room). Could have clearer instructions in English (but it is not a huge problem since we could just use Google translate). Room amenities were sufficient (warm water for bath in our room while there were washing machine, dryer and oven at the terrace). Definitely value for money for family.

We stayed there 2 nights. It is nicely located and generally clean but the isles and stairs smell awfully.. However, there was nobody there when we checked in and when we checked out. It just didn't feel right, save or comforting to just find the card to your room at the counter and you drop it once you leave. The room was very hot and the AC is right above the bed. So creating a nice temperature for the night is actually not possible. Also, opening the window wasn't an option. Ia very loud outside due to traffic, ACs from other buildings or construct work. So overall its a basic hotel but I think you can find better options.
