Good service by all staff. Comfortable stay n easy access via trains n buses to many places of interest n shopping areas. Breakfast was like home cooked food. Thanks again.

Very Clean and simple hotel. Small room size suitable for 1 pax for short stay. Simple local breakfast.

Only merit is the location but others are lack luster sigh sigh

The place was full of plastic surgery patients. It had free breakfast and it was great in the morning. You need to walk a bit from the station but it’s manageable.

This is a well located hotel if your business is in the area. Each access from all forms of transportation. There is a bus from Incheon that practically lets you off in front. I have stayed here several times and has become a reliable for good bed and bath for an economical price.

This hotel is very dependable. Clean,  well priced and good location. Services are on demand so not intrusive to anyone requiring the minimal of service.

I was surprised with the food quality, but kind of sad that the toothbrushes were not free

Basic, but clean and very functional hotel. Room was quite small. Exactly what you would expect from Toyoko Inn.

Great business hotel in the heart of gangnam Room was small but expected for price range

I stayed in 3 hotels on a trip to South Korea, and this one was the worst. The bad services ruined my travel mood and left a bad impression on my travel memories in Korea. 1. The young ladies at the front desk were rude and lacked basic service quality. They could speak English, but discussed the accommodation requirements in Korea, and then directly rejected the guests with "NO" in English. They told me that the room would not be cleaned during the stay, but bath towels and a bottle of water would be provided every day. But they didn't. I asked the front desk, and the beautifully made-up lady said in a contemptuous tone that I had to buy bottled water myself, and the replacement bath towels would be provided when I came back at night. 2. The bed sheets and bath towels in the room are old, and there are dirty traces of unknown liquid on the bed sheets, which are probably indelible. They should buy new ones to replace them. 3. The shampoo, condition, and body soap in the bathroom looked full, but they were in a bottle that was hard to squeeze out. The small refrigerator in the room was old and made a rumbling noise every few minutes, which made it impossible to fall asleep in the middle of the night. The hotel refused to provide earplugs, and I had to look for a place nearby where I could buy earplugs. 4. This hotel is far from major attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, and the main guests I saw when I stayed there were groups of dozens of people brought by tour guides. Therefore, the buffet food was soon insufficient, and there was coughing and noise everywhere. 5. I didn't see a laundry room, but the microwave in the hallway was dirty, there was an ice machine, but they didn't provide disposable paper cups for guests to collect ice cubes and ice water. In short, this hotel tried every means to maximize the money from guests instead of providing guests with quality services to build a real reputation.

Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am… no flexibility at all. I ended up checking in at 2am and even I requested late check out still no arrangement and kept asking me to check out from 9:30am… fun

Convenient location. Walking distance to gangnam subway station. Airport bus right in front of hotel. Single room is quite small. It's quite same as in Japan. Breakfast was ok if you are Korean but not much choice for westerners

It’s an economic hotel, but in Korea you can get better service in a similar price range. Ibis Style for example. They never allow early check in. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Quite surprising- I always have been to hotels which allow early check in at availability and late check out at 2-4pm. Bonvoy, Accor mainly. Will not repatronise this hotel.

Stay multiple nights in this hotel and quite satisfied. Location is perfect, nearby the subway station and in front of bus station. However there is leakage on the shower room so floor near front door was wet after shower. But location near the train station as well sometimes was noisy. No amenities provided. Check in/out staff was nice.
