The hostel was perfect! The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay here!

The bathroom on the fifth floor ( female dorm) was moldy, dirty and smelly. The toilet was basic but the signs weren’t welcoming. Yes it was cheap but cheap doesn’t have to mean dirty. Great location though. I did not interact with the staff. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Namsan Guesthouse has a convenient location close to Myeongdong metro station. The female dormitory bathrooms were quite small and unclean. The toilets on the other hand were clean. The beds were the worst part, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a rock. The air conditioning was great but the bathroom and toilet was very muggy and didn’t have great ventilation. Washing your clothes in the laundry was free with free detergent as well. The washing machine was excellent however there is only one. They also had clothes lines to hang your clothes or a drying machine for 3000 won (you can only use 1000 won notes to pay).

The staffs are friendly. The location is good at the middle of myeong dong. Very convenient and close to Seoul station.

one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in! i thoroughly enjoyed my stay 🥰 place was conveniently located near myeongdong. bed was comfortable. the receptionist & owner had great hospitality and were super friendly!! would definitely come back again 💯

Great location, around 5 minutes walk from Myeongdong station. Clean and comfortable room with fair price, the roommates are quiet and respecting one another’s own spaces. Also the view from the rooftop was wonderful ;)

The location is very good. Almost center of the City. Service and free noodle is best. But cleaning is not good, we stayed 5 days but no cleaning since first day to last day.

Good location, bit up the hill but located close to the subway station. Not very social so not that great for solo travelers. The female dorm is on the 5th and has no windows or air circulation, the ac was off and no way of getting fresh air in. Many people were sick and coughing all night when the room was boiling hot.

Awesome place to stay. Worth the money we spent. Stayed with family. Staff was very nice and friendly.
