Amid Hotel Seoul Reviews

Good location. Airport limousine bus stop is 6 min easy walk away with very slight slope. Jonggak station is also just a few mins away. A good number of Insadong shops, cafes and restaurants to explore, all within the vicinity. There is a supermarket and 24 hour convenience store right next door for convenience. Hotel lobby cafe offers good coffee and some pastries. Twin room and bathroom size is reasonable for 2 persons though a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage. You have to keep them closed. Beds were comfortable. Small wardrobe. Bathrobes & slippers provided. Free 2 bottles of water daily although they missed 1 day during our stay. Full sized amenities provided though you have to pay for toothbrush if you use them. Room was also very quiet on the 11th floor. Arrived early in the morning and while check-in time is 3pm, they did allow us to check in early for free at around 1230pm as our room was ready and available. Apparently very rare in Seoul. So we really appreciated it. Receptionist Guly and manager Andy were very kind and spoke English so it was very easy. Luggage storage available at lobby. Would recommend if looking to stay in Insa-dong area. Low rise hotel of about 12 floors

That's what I call money for quality. The room is clean, the cleaning service is good. They provide small bottle of water. On TV they have Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney plus. Great way to finish the day. But the toothbrush isn't free. The walls are a bit off. You can always hear doors open and some times your neighbors talking. They do provide earplugs though.

The staff are super friendly and attentive. There is a lady staff who is super kind - she let us use checked-in early when she saw my daughter sleeping on the sofa near the reception. The room is very clean and they provide washing machine at B2 which is useful. Location wise, just a few minutes to the metro station and Hangkuk village. There is a nice supermarket which opens til late hours. I would love to come again.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is at Ibsadong. Some attractions are within walking distance. A lot of restaurants are nearby. I would recommend this hotel to others.

All was well with excellent location and facilities. A suggestion though, do have better control on room temperature

Everything is good. Service, location, price, hygiene are all good. However, the double room is a bit small but it is still fine.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in. We used the coin laundry but not any other amenities. Location is ideal for shopping high end stores or smaller, local vendors. Good value over all.

located in between two stations is not bad just gotta walk and drag your luggages for 10mins,, staff service was so-so, amenities was great. and from the hotel, you just need to walk a straight line down to your left after exiting the hotel and it will bring you straight to insadong

Good locality as the hotel is situated close to the metro station and near major tourist attractios

Coming for Seoul Marathon, only 1km away from the start point, the hotel has been refurbished and looks clean, overall nice place to stay.

Good place near the train station, the for 2 person just nice and walk around many place.

Receptionists Guly and Andy was very kind and helpful. Hotel location is very convenient to visit majority of touristic locations in Seoul. Walkng discrance away from Gyongbokkun, Bokchon and Myongdong. also near by hotel you can find lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores.

Hotel was easily accessible and near famous tourist spots, by both foot and train. Room for 2 was spectacularly clean and spacious, accommodating 2 large luggages. Staff were polite and friendly.
