Receptionists Guly and Andy was very kind and helpful. Hotel location is very convenient to visit majority of touristic locations in Seoul. Walkng discrance away from Gyongbokkun, Bokchon and Myongdong. also near by hotel you can find lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores.

Hotel was easily accessible and near famous tourist spots, by both foot and train. Room for 2 was spectacularly clean and spacious, accommodating 2 large luggages. Staff were polite and friendly.

A really lovely hotel within easy reach of all tourist attractions. A lovely breakfast and a great gym with a good range of weights. The only criticism was that I thought the room wasnโ€™t properly cleaned in one occasion. Although the room had been cleaned and the bed remade, The cups werenโ€™t replaced , they were dirty, and the bathroom wasnโ€™t fully cleaned. I had a five night stay though and it only happened once. Also if you wanted breakfast you had to buy tokens and be there before 9 am - but I had arrived quite late and wanted to sleep in that morning. I loved the decor though. And there was a good sized room.

The location is prime. Walking distance from a lot of attraction (Bukchon Hanok Village, Myeongdong street etc.). The decoration and layout of the room were average. Not up to the standing of the entrance which was just beautiful.

This hotel, though umpresuming, is in the center of the Insadong area, and is very well located and close to shops, restaurants, and even jazz clubs. It is very clean, and the rooms, although not spacious, are spotless. They are more than adequate and very comfortable. And customers are offered two free bottles of water per day. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and went out of their well to help me and my friends. They speak rather good English, but not much Japanese (I was with Japanese friends). The hotel even has a small gym in the basement, so people can continue training even when traveling, if they wish. Overall, I loved staying at this hotel and look forward to staying there once again.
