Good Location. Tons of local restaurant around. More than 5 24hr CVS within 5 minutes walk. Easy self check in. Lots of foreigners. 2 chain hotels and local residents are in 1 building.

New building, everything is self service, don’t expect any in person service. Coffee machine in the room, clean and new. Small rooms and low ceiling.

Very dusty floor my luggage full of dust when I lift it up. The towel looks disgusting and dirty thank goodness I have my own towel . It’s cosy and nice spacious room . Will book again hopefully they will clean the floor and given me more toilet rolls as I book 9 days and only two rolls . Have to buy more.

Despite its spacious, apartment-like feel, the room maintained a level of privacy that made it an ideal sanctuary after a long day of travel. Adding to the overall positive experience were the nearby food options and convenience stores, ensuring that everything I needed was within reach. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Le Collective Gangnam Sac Roium offers a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy that is hard to beat.

Had to come to Seoul for a business trip and this was an absolutely amazing place to stay.

Booked it for a night over because it had a kitchen and whatnot. It's new, super clean, and had everything we needed. Not bad of a location either. Some complained about the noises but we didn't have any issues with it. Parking's expensive (15000 for the stay), which normally would be free for your stay if even if you went to a business hotel so that was a bummer. The lifts tend to get busy during check out.

Please note this is a no service apartment before you book. Ie, no room service or human-contact. Instead, you have optional services if you are willing to pay for it ( this is why I put cleanliness at 3 and service at 2) If you book for a short stay like 2-3 nights, is good. The room is quite comfy, has a kitchenette with electric stove, microwave cum oven, fridge and washing machine with detergent provided. If you book long stay like us, with kid, not willing to pay extra due to budget, it is not ideal. they dun even provide multiple sets of towels or water bottles for long stay like other places. Location is good, near 2 train station of 2 different lines so it’s easy to get around. Near art Center, I managed to watch a show but randomly dropping by one evening.

Lovely apartment, very clean and all the amenities you need, location is great too being less than 1km from line 2 and line 3, also has a 7-11 across from it for good late night snacks

The location is very convenient and the place is very clean and modern. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice location and it was really warm inside but it could be noisy in the morning because of the construction site in front of the building
