We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied overall. HotelType: Serviced apartment Room: Simple design and clean Transport: Fairly convenient – 5-minute walk to City Hall Station; 12-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Before 11 PM, some lively street noise may be heard in the room, but it generally didn’t disturb our sleep. We booked the Private Terrance Spa Room, where the elevator opens directly into our room. The staff had prepared aromatic oils in advance, so we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The room is divided into two main sections: 1. Kitchen & dining area – Though it looks bare at first glance, the storage cabinets are fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and fridge. 2. Sleeping area – A nice surprise was that the room had two bathrooms, one with a shower (a lifesaver since we were traveling with two teenagers—you know how long they like to stay in the bathroom! 😆). Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient for us. Some Notes 1) Before check-in, inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can prepare in advance. 2) No traditional lobby. There’s only one entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for the front desk. (If you prefer a dedicated concierge or a grand lobby, this might not suit you.) 3) Front desk is not 24/7, but they’ll exchange contact details (e.g., WhatsApp) so you won’t have trouble reaching them during your stay. 4) Daily service includes fresh towels, bottled water replenishment, and trash removal. Full room cleaning is provided every four days. 5) Bathtub drainage must be completed by 11 PM, allow **over an hour** for draining. Commercial bath bombs are not permitted; purchase approved ones from the hotel if needed. 6) For WOWPASS user, 2-min walk to GS25, a wowpass machine provides top up, buy snd sell KWR.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the front desk people are wonderful and accommodating, the room is beautiful. The room also has a cooking area stocked with knives, a cutting board and pans that is very convenient. The hotel also has American/Chinese style wall outlets which is also quite convenient compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in with Korean style wall outlets. However, the cleaning crew comes once every 3 days. We found a chocolate wrapper and a condom wrapper in the room. (Again the front desk receptionist was wonderful and took care of the leftover trash for us and gave us a free bath bomb as compensation.) As the hotel is right on a walking street, it’s quite noisy all night. If you don’t mind street ambiance/white noise when you sleep, it’s fine. The front desk is also only open from 9am to 6pm which is a bit strange. You also can’t use your own bathroom bombs, you need to buy them from the hotel. In the spa bathtub, the hot water flows extremely slowly and leaks out of the tub a bit from the faucet as it flows. The knob of the bathtub also comes off very easy. The shower also floods the bathroom very easily. And the comforter on the bed is a weird texture that makes a crinkly sound when you move. Again, the room is just as beautiful as the pictures show, the floor is nicely heated, and the receptionist went above and beyond for us. My main issues were with the hotel itself.

The location is excellent, there are all kinds of restaurants nearby, there are bus stations, subway stations and convenience stores nearby, the overall environment is very clean, and the indoor environment is very spacious, so it is very comfortable to stay in.

The front desk is not always staffed (only from 3pm to 5pm), and even during opening hours (8am to 3am), it is difficult to check in and check out. Even if you want them to call a taxi, it is impossible. Also, the water pressure is really weak. We chose this place as a place for our family of four. It is not far from the subway station, so the location is good, but as for whether we would stay again...

It was really great!!!!! I think I'll come back next time. It was really clean and had a great atmosphere, so my girlfriend was very satisfied ㅎㅎㅎ

There is a delicious fried chicken downstairs. It is also very convenient to go out, and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to Myeongdong. There are coffee shops and bagel shops nearby, and there are food stalls at night. Many times, you can find the 711 at the intersection and take a taxi. However, the elevator has one room for one household, and the room is right after the elevator door opens, without any other door blocking it. Although you must swipe the elevator card to press the floor, it is really strange and makes people feel that there are safety hazards. If someone follows you into the elevator, it will be simply... I won’t post the photos of the room, it is just as beautiful as the ones taken by others. Oh, the bathtub on the fourth floor is on the terrace. Just...

Frying pans, plates, forks, etc. are all provided, so you can make a simple breakfast! Because it's in a business district, the view isn't great, but the inside of the room is very clean. The mattress is a bit creaky, which is a bit disappointing, but I think it's fine for a beat or two. Perfect for those looking for a stylish accommodation or for a girls' night out.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the room condition was very good. It was easy to find the hotel and it was close to the subway and bus stops, so I was able to travel comfortably.

It’s a great place. My kids like it very much😘. I have stayed in other branches and they are also very good. The location is not too far from the subway station. The room is also very clean and the decoration colors are very comfortable. I will visit again‼ ️

It feels good. It's just outside the city hall station. There is food downstairs. I'm most dissatisfied with the air conditioning and the mattress. I'm satisfied with everything else! Facilities: Yes! Health: All good? Environment: Very convenient! There was a quarrel outside at night!

You cannot leak the water in the bathtub after 11 o'clock, but the water is very small and it will take a while to drain it, so you must start draining it in advance. In addition, if you want to put a bath ball, please note that you can only buy it from the hotel. The location is very convenient. Although there are many shops and crowds nearby, there is no feeling of unsafeness and no noise. The room is beautiful and comes with a bouquet of flowers, tea set, kitchen, plates and cups for use.

The room is big, there are a lot of food downstairs, and there is a direct airport bus 6005 nearby. The hotel's floor heating is not warm enough. The hotel needs to check out at 11 o'clock, and they rushed me at 11 o'clock, which is not good.

The location is great, with Oryan, a chicken shop, and a convenience store nearby. The room gets very humid when you use the bathtub, and the room is a bit small for four people, so it's hard to open your suitcase, but overall I'm very satisfied and would like to stay here again.
