Located in a dirty pathway, receptionist is a very rude old lady, zero customer service. Found condoms in the room which I was given. This room was not the same room I booked. I booked a room with a bed and not sheets only. In a nutshell I slept on the floor with no refund. Trip.com customer service didn't even do much to assist me with this. A terrible, terrible experience.

My toilet seat was terribly dirty, the place smells like cigarretes. Terrible place.

Room, old equipment but in the center Holiday price is okay

The room was small and pitiful. There was a bed just outside the door, and there was a big mirror hanging next to the bed. We discussed with the landlady to change it and told us that we could just take the mirror off. The whole room was about 7 to 8 square feet, which was too small. , the surrounding area is also very chaotic, you can still hear drunk people shouting downstairs at two o'clock in the middle of the night

Transportation access is excellent, but it is a love hotel located in a bar district. Also, the hotel is on the second floor, and the room key is an old plug-in type. There is no door on the stairs leading to the front desk. There is a sound when someone walks through the stairs, but there is no front desk at night, so it might be best to refrain from staying alone as a female. If you're looking for a sense of cleanliness as flies tend to get into your room, you can spend an extra 3,000 yen to stay in a small but clean guesthouse in the same area, or if you don't mind a love hotel, stay near Jongno 3-ga. There are cleaner places in the same price range, so I recommend them. The only saving grace is that the location is good. . . .
