The location is a bit far if you are willing to travel Seoul. The actual distance is quite far but, the transportation is quite good that you can get to major tourist spots in an hour. If you are here for business in Bundang, this will be a great choice. The hotel is absolutely clean, I especially like the glass table that I can work on it in my room. I also heard that swimming pool will be opening soon. Staffs are very nice and they response to my request in a great manner. I am willing to visit again.

The second time I stayed, everything was okay, but I requested a high level floor room via Trip.com message, finally got a 7th floor which is a bit set me down. Overall a pleasant stayed.

The hotel is at a very convenient location in Sohyeon, close to AK Plaza! Lots of great places to eat and shop!

Hotel was very nice, staff very polite and helpful. Only thing was breakfast. It started 0600 which was ok, but closes 0900 which was to me too bit too early. After busy long days you want to have some peaceful mornings.

Everything is clean. The room and toilet are big! It’s was a nice and comfortable stay. Definitely recommended.

Cleanliness and comfortable of the room and short walking distance from subway and convenient as many cafes and restaurants at the surrounding.

The facilities are top class. The location is inconvenient for reaching Seoul. It requires multiple changes of lines on the subway, subway station is about a 15 minute walk away. The staff are very helpful. But I would stay there again.

It’s a good hotel but the service at the counter can be better as well as the pool service. You’re only allowed to use the pool during selected hours and even if there is no one there they will tell you to leave. Also I asked to book a bus trip back to the airport and I got the worst seat. She could have asked me which seat do I prefer.
Response from Property: Thank you for your feedback on the Hotel SKYPARK. In the case of the pool, all pitchers can use it for free for 2 hours, and we charge a fee for the time after that. Please understand that the rules of use of the pool should be applied equally to all customers even if the next customer is not present. Also, in the case of airport buses, there are no seats at certain times or there are not many seats left. If you mentioned this first and proceeded, it would not be a misunderstanding, but we will check the process for the parts that were not able to tell you in advance. It is a hotel that develops by communicating with customers, and we look forward to your visit in the future.
