The cleanliness is superb but the room is small. There is complimentary parking if you have a car.

Good place good location nice staff very comfortable and clean

Was a great location. I booked here so I could run the TransJeju race. The staff was helpful. My only issue was that my bedding was not fully clean and all the outlets were on the opposite side of the room away from the bed (not very convenient). But was a good stay.

Just sleeping for one night is not bad ..I was surprised because there was more dust than I thought It was a little worrying when sleeping Other than that, the bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean

The accommodation was clean and the location was good for the price. There was a convenience store nearby, so I was able to stay comfortably! I will visit again next time.

Best value for money, 200% willing to visit again. I stayed for 2 nights while traveling alone, and on the second day, they left 2 bottles of water and plenty of towels in a clean plastic bag in front of the door, which was convenient. It was better than leaving them in the room. I also used the machine for parking, and it was so convenient. I learned this time that the parking machine is incredibly easy to operate. The room was clean, and there were 3 elevators, so it was easy to use and it was really nice. And I was lucky or met good neighbors, but the room was so quiet that I slept well. The bathroom was small, but the water pressure was strong, and the shower booth was clean, which was nice.

The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bars, and convenience stores around. The room is small, but everything else is satisfactory. It is clean and sanitary, and the bedding is very comfortable. The view outside the window is wide, and I saw the first snow of Halla Mountain. The three-dimensional parking garage is guarded by a dedicated person. The self-service check-in is in Chinese, and the check-out is also convenient. Although it is not cleaned every day, towels and water are delivered to the door every day! Next time I go, I will stay there again😊

I came to Lotte Jeju CC on business and finished my work well and had a meal. The accommodations change every time I come, but this one was clean and satisfactory. The location was also good.

Great location, convenient for shopping. There are laundry facilities and a small supermarket. There is a reading room and a lounge on the eighth floor, which is great. The service staff is very friendly and will help operate the check-in machine.
