I self-drive so the location is not too big a concern for me. That being said, it is a 5-10 minute drive away from the popular seogwipo market. The room seems quite new. The car park can certainly be improved from current off-road conditions. I have to get my extra pillows myself at the front desk and also have communication issues because the staff do not understand much English.

The hotel provides free parking, but it seems that the parking spaces are not enough.

Booked a junior suite, it’s spacious with comfortable living room, very comfortable bed in the bed room and spacious bathroom with bathtub. Room is clean and new. Good appliances in the room.

The bed was really comfortable, probably the best I slept in at hotels in Korea, the room was spacious, very clean, and the couples tub was really nice. Breakfast was good and definitely worth it if you prepay, or even if you don’t.

The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

The room was clean and the price/location was great, the bus stop (line 600) is right in front of the hotel, at walking distance of the coast (Olle trail 5-6) and Jeongbang waterfalls. The check-in was bit distanced (by self counter). A bit disappointed by the swimming pool (it was rather a children’s pool, low water) and apparently housekeeping had to be requested (although we switched on the button “please make up the room”) - we stayed 3 nights in an uncleaned room :(

Hotel location is close to some tourist attractions at Seogwipo, a lot of eateries nearby the hotel. Worth for money.

Location is really good in Jeju area .. easy to move around the island and stuff very friendly

A fantastic rooftop area with a heated whirlpool plunge pool (albeit too shallow for swimming) with wonderful views of the sea and sunset, nice rooms, mine with a terrace, good staff and perfect location for exploring Seogwipo harbor and downtown. Recommended!

The sanitation is very poor and the lobby is smelly. There is no staff at the lobby reception for a long time. You have to wait to check in, check out and store, which is a waste of time. There is only one pair of slippers and a cup in the room for 2 people. I went to the information desk to ask them in person and they told me that there is only one pair of slippers in a room, which is only used for the toilet. It is very unfriendly. I have never had such a bad experience. The price-performance ratio is very low, the location is inconvenient, and there is no sea view. The towels in the room are torn and unclean. You must go to the reception desk in person in the morning to tell them to clean the room every day, otherwise they will not clean it for you. The worst hotel in Jeju! Netflix on the TV in the room is charged!

The triple room I booked has a nice environment, the room is well equipped, and the location is good. There is a bus stop right at the door. Please note that the hotel does not provide Chinese services. You only need to show your passport to check in. The local staff's English skills are limited, so communication is a bit difficult.
