During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great views. The facilities are excellent. The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities provided were commendable and made our trip very enjoyable. However, I regret to inform you that our otherwise pleasant stay was disrupted on our final night. Without prior notice or permission, one of your housekeeping supervisors entered our room abruptly. This unexpected intrusion not only compromised our privacy but also left us feeling uncomfortable and surprised, especially considering the high standard of service we had experienced throughout the rest of our stay. We understand that housekeeping plays a critical role in maintaining the hotel, but we believe that guests’ privacy and consent should be respected at all times. We kindly ask that this matter be looked into and appropriate measures taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to return in the future under better circumstances.

Odd smell in the Room . Windows can’t be open . Poor Western style Breakfasts choice 

The breakfast was really terrible for foreigners. I'm not used to the local food there. Really hope the hotel can offer some international breakfast. For the dinner, I think it is acceptable.

This is an old hotel but surprisingly very well maintained. The stay is good and they had event on new year’s eve.  Check in was smooth and quick. Room was spacious and for twin room, the bed was circa 120 x 200.  Toilet was clean with bath tub, shower room and bidet. Amenities were rather unsatisfying tho.  Over all, it was a good stay.

AC temperature controller is not working properly. Shower is not clean. Asking for extra blanket and towel takes times — need to call 3x before the house keeping team deliver the items. Room is not quiet enough. Water boiler is broken. Internal management NEEDS and MUST review the internal team in a regular base and also has to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room unit in overall.

Clean and spacious room. All facilities work well, and the location is also good.

Budget wise, one of the best hotel options to stay in Semarang.
