not convenient place to stay as the lift slow and even one day tbere is one day under service. It was only one lift working.

Very nice Hotel with affordable price. Location is close to Mall. My room is on 20th floor, view is good. Rooftop on 24th floor also has a very nice view, with swimming pool and whirlpool.

Location is super, walking distance to the most famous tourist attractions in Semarang and also shopping malls. There are many eateries near the hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated with a very big and comfortable bed, Generally, the staff are nice and helpful except for one or two at the checking counter.

Louis Kienne Pandanaran Hotel is located in the heart of Semarang city, strategically located The drawbacks of this hotel are that the shower water pressure in the bathroom is unstable, the shower water temperature cannot be adjusted easily, and the air conditioner doesn't work properly

A very bad experience, the room the window closed tight, the air is bad, the hotel towel is very hard, sheet also is very old, bad health, my friend's room is very dirty, the room sound insulation is very poor, talk to family next to hear clear, rest is bad, customer service call many times no one answered, said no reply after ask the manager change rooms, This time I booked four nights on the first day, I regret it, and I will never book again when I come on a business trip
