Everything all good except toilet / bath very small. Sink at the room and vanity top too small, can’t really put much stuff. No kettle in room. Hair dryer need to get from reception.  Tesco nearby can buy food/drinks . Macdonalds and Starbucks nearby. Tram station doorstep.  A bit noisy as open air car park is right downstairs.

Could improve the quality of the rooms and staff which could make the premises much better.

Nice low budget hotel , easy to get to via local tram train and bus services . The only downside was the bed was really hard making it difficult for me to sleep but u get what u pay for I guess .

The room was really small and we had to pay for a kettle and all sorts of amenities which I don’t think is very fair!

Clean rooms and good location. But rooms are very tiny. Difficult to manage for 2 people. Ideal only for solo travellers.

Had an amazing time. Great value for money, access to tram and media city and ofc short hop to Manchester proper. Was my birthday and I got a little card and balloon was much appreciated. Front desk very kind and helpful. Nice rooms too!

when it was too small for a family, the sink was clogged and I had to unclog it, it wasn't very clean when we arrived, the bunk bed didn't have the elastic sheet and when they came to clean it they didn't organize it either, the location is good, but the facilities are terrible, apart from the parking which is paid

Good view. Close to metrolink station. Good accessibility

Great location right across road from Tram stop, several supermarkets within walking distance, fast food and a pub all in view of the hotel.

Just a few minutes walk from exchange quay station so it's quite convenient. The room is quite nice and clean

Nice view and staffs are helpful but the locked card has few troubles. Otherwise, it looks great.

The Room was too small. Very tiny toilet, you barely can stand on it. The shower is separate and the sink is outside the toilet and the shower which doesn’t make any sense. There is no phone in the room so you can’t call the reception if you need anything. The breakfast wasn’t included and you need to pay for each person alone, which is too much . There is no k kettle in the room and no cops or nothing when we asked for a caps or glasses they give us a plastic one. the cleaning service wasn’t that good they didn’t clean my son’s bed for the three days we estate on it. The hotel is bit far from the town centre. You only can use the tram. I don’t recommend it

The hotel is fine. Small rooms, quite far from Manchester. But it's cheap, close to the tram and the staff were friendly. It did the job. But, this is actually a review of trip.com. Whatever you do, do not book through them! I had booked a Travelodge a couple of mins from the arena, 2 months in advance, for a gig. Paid up front and was told by trip.com that it was all confirmed by the hotel. The night before I was going, I had another email from them saying that actually the hotel couldn't confirm the booking, there was now no space and I could go to this hotel instead. This cheaper hotel, a 20 min drive from the arena in Salford! I obviously dismissed that, found a few hotels close the one I'd actually booked (now much more expensive of course) and suggested those instead. Given it was their fault, I assumed they would just sort that out for me. I was very wrong. After several hours of online chat and then phonecalls, I was just repeatedly lied to (all of those other hotels are actually fully booked despite them being available on our site, etc....), never given an explanation for why they told me it was confirmed when it clearly wasn't, and eventually was given the option of cancelling the whole booking (and therefore having nowhere to stay the night before I was due to go) or just accept this hotel in a different city! I was also told I wouldn't even get the price difference between the hotels back if I accepted the transfer! After days of arguing I managed to get the difference back, plus £30 compensation (which didn't even cover the two taxis I had to get). Even that was a debacle as to get the payment, I had to click a link from an email which took me to an external, dodgy looking page where I had to enter my bank details. Absolute cowboys. Please don't book with them, even if it is cheaper than other sites!
