The minus is the parking lot and entrance access of the Hotel that needs extra effort, because it only goes through the lobby, so you need to walk to the front of the lobby. It would be nice if it had access near the parking lot.
The food also needs to improve more.

The hotel is so good! Good location (near to go to practically everywhere), good facilities in the room & bathroom, very good service staffs, and best breakfast choices.
We came to check-in and passed all of our luggages to the hotel receptionist, and they arranged to bring our luggages to our hotel room, while we went out.
Breakfast spread & choices were so good, especially it has the Semarang unique food (nasi ayam, nasi gudeg, tahu gimbal, nasi pindang, nasi soto etc etc).
We also like the Sido muncul jamu, although a bit too sweet for us.
Concierge staff also helped us to pack our box at night time before our flight to Jakarta the next day.
Unfortunately for our corner room at 7th floor, somehow the traffic noise was quite loud.
We also hope the Tentrem mall will have many more shops for our shopping spree, else we still prefer to go to Paragon City mall :)

WwilzkanadiStudio 55 has a very lovely layout and great size. With a sofa bed, and one big table to work or have dinner in room.
Big appreciation for the hotel to let us check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 60 minutes later (based on room availability). The service was great and staffs were friendly.
Breakfast place is small (around 10 tables only). Tried to go around 8am, it was full and had to wait, so I came back around 9am and it was nice ambience. Great food, they had indomie in the menu.
Parking area is very limited. Valet is necessary. It’s free, but most of the time it takes time for your car to go out and in.
Overall it’s nice experience and I will stay here again in this room type again.

- No phone attached in the room to deliver our necessity to front desk directly.
- Kitchen team should pay more attention with cleanliness, as I found ”sealed paper” on my fruits
- Super No no: Slow Internet, sometimes the wifi can disconnect the connection by itself. So we need to reconnect/sign in again and again. Really frustrating getting hiccups during calling my family, download 1 one game for my boy is extremely slow.
This hotel management must pay attention with this issue, you should use wifi with better quality, that can accommodate plenty of guests, no hiccups and no difficulty to sign in.
Do not let your valuable The front desk/front line staffs always get and compromise the first fury and frustration from any guests about this issues while the management guys sit relaxed behind the office door.

NNouveau82Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around.
Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

The room is breakfast included, however they have no restaurant or room service available. The shower head is moldy and dirty, needs a cleaning. The water spreads everywhere, super uncomfortable showering. Staffs are friendly, the breakfast is fine

PPatrick BelfastFirstly this hotel was very cheap and so I did not expect a lot. It seems like an hotel that is either due to close or getting ready for major renovation. So everything needs a deep clean and a facelift. Having said that, because it is cheap it is actually very good value for money. The staff was very helpful, the room was grubby but nice enough and the bed very comfortable. I was really impressed by the food, we ate dinner in the hotel and had breakfast, both were great. If you can turn a blind eye to the ‘tiredness’ I would recommend this hotel.

WWarlordCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.
