The location near to Pecinan night market and also near the legend Soto Bokoran, just few steps from the hotel.

I had my stay on 28 - 30 October. Overll the check in process was smooth and the room is comfort. The disaster happened on the next day when I went down for breakfast at 6:20 in the morning. I understand the bfast started from 6 am and the reason I went dow at 6:20 was to avoid the crowd and to select the seats we wanted. There was not many waitress in charge I have to call them for tea and coffee. The duration of waiting for coffee and tea ws about 30 mins until I have to contact them again and again. The weird things that there was nobody incharge in Semarangan section and Dimsum section and Roti Kukus Section ( I took the photo attached). I even asked the staffs what time the staff arrived and start serve the guests. One of the staffs said that some of them were still prepared the breakfast and the manager was not stand by also in the restaurant. It was terrible experience for 5 star hotel like Tentrem. On fact I had enjoyable and memorable stay and experience when I stayed at Padma Semarang on the previous stay. The staffs esp in the restaurant are more attentive and details. Remarks: pls see the pics attached

The location is in the alley, so it is a bit narrow, but there are many rooms inside.. the cleanliness is super, although the guesthouse class is similar to a 3-star hotel. The air conditioner is cold, with the price of 130 is very worthwhile, the facilities are the best

The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions.
The room itself was clean, and comfortable.
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience in the city.”

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby feels like an art museum and it’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel and rooms are as seen in pictures and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Grabbing to and from the airport was convenient as it is within a 20 minute distance. Food places nearby were very convenient to grab or walk to - especially the nearby babi guling dewata shop that had juicy, succulent sate. The rooftop bar was a great place to hangout and the drinks were pretty nice. Only tip is to slather on mosquito repellent or wear long pants. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely not hesitate to come back again in future!

AAnonymous UserIf you're looking for a nice and clean budget hotel, with great location in the centre of the town, then this hotel could be a great choice. But don't expect more. You should bring you own toilettries including towels, or you can get those from the hotel only if you agree to pay extra charge. The parking area was quite spacious. And the room was quite large as well.

GGuest Usernice staycation in khas hotel, I have many time visit khas hotel For 3star hotel, this hotel was nice, affordable and worth it The hotel was clean, the hospitality was good, the room was quite large, complete facilities for 3star hotel, there are swiming pool, water heater, refrigerator and the aminities was complete n good in quality. The staff was vey friendly, helpfull n fast respon.. the weakness in this hotel was weak internet signal.. but overall this hotel is worth to visit again.. thx

WWidyaYuwandaThe hotel is located at the center of Semarang, at the same building with Gramedia and Dunkin Donuts. You can reached Paragon Mall and Lawang Sewu by walking. The hotel is not well maintained. Several stain in the bathroom, greyish bedsheet, moist smell from the towel. The breakfast is so-so, not too many option. But it has the minimal option : rice, fried rice, bread station and egg station. One thing that I appreciate is they provide dispencer to refill our drinks, soap and shampoo is also in refill pump. So this hotel quite support zero waste. Will I go back? Most likely no.

AAnonymous UserFirst, we got a room on the 2nd floor, it smelled of cigarette smoke, even in the hallway the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong.
Then I was moved to the 1st floor. It wasn't bad, it didn't smell too bad, but when I asked to move, the receptionist didn't respond well.
Narrow bathroom. So his clothes got splashed with water.
The bathroom window also looks dirty.

WWarlordCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

AadicaeHad to stay late in Semarang and as I need to wake up very early to travel, I thought why not trying hyped ”capsule hotel”? :) Couple of floors, (not sure how many..), Each consists of curtained double decked bed for privacy, each numbered and rated by the matrass position, top or bottom. Bathrooms and washing stations were separated from beds area. Blanket and towels provided with extra charge. Couldn't expect more for this type of hotel but its definitely worth the value (Rp. 50K - Rp. 80K only!) if you are on budget travel, solo especially, and only spend a couple of hours to sleep and showers before another early adventure. I like the simplicity of check in process, no keys except locker which provided for free, the location was also in the downtown. However, water quality and masquitos is ruining the great simple experience. For a place that sells only bed and shower, water should be clean, not smelly (and salty taste). and at least put some anti masquitos essential.. Small advise, make sure get yourself anti repellent lotion, aside from bathroom amenities that you have to prepare.

GGuest UserDo not book to this hotel or you will regret it. We booked this hotel for a night transit, based on the good testimonies in online booking apps. When we saw the hotel, it turns off immediately. It is located in a small dead end road near Kota Lama Museum, Semarang. When we come inside, the reception area smells like bathroom and the staff is not welcome at all. Not even a 1-star hotel look-a-like When we enter the room, the nightmare is getting worse! The smelly room with dirty floor (we even does not touch the floor with barefoot & praying in the bed), broken bed with stained bedsheets & the pillows are smells of other's people hair/head sweat. The bathroom is also worst! The sink doesnt have waterpipe, si the water flows directly to the floor. The toilet seat is broken, they dont even provide tissue and it has very bad smell. We finally decided to checked out the same day coz we can not even rest in this place. We have checked in several reddoorz chain, but this one is the worst and looks does not even have control at all. Super dissapointed!
