For the second time, we had difficulty getting seats at breakfast. The air-conditioned breakfast room cannot accommodate guests who want to have breakfast. We wanted to be transferred to an outdoor area, we refused, because we were bringing small children, eating outside would be mixed with active smokers. In the inner room, there is a seat but it cannot be used because it is 'reserved'. We ask Santika to review the breakfast room/restaurant so that it can accommodate guests who will be eating.
