We stay at this room number 117, the split unit air conditioning is not working properly (very low air flow and no cooling). Poor maintenance and toilet have poor ventilation and bad smell.

One of the best hotels in Singkawang, although the location is a little outside the city. Great stay.

It is a good place for families with children. Swimming in the pool with a view of the sunset over the ocean is really romantic. The beach right next to the accommodation is also a big advantage. Since the accommodation is a single-family house, it gets hot because it receives a lot of heat from the outside. You should arrive early and turn on the air conditioner in advance to sleep comfortably in the evening. Since it is far from the city, it is difficult to have food delivered, and the food sold at the accommodation is expensive.. I recommend purchasing it from outside in advance. The small water bottles provided at the accommodation are free, but you have to pay for large water bottles or drinks, so please keep that in mind. Also, my child broke a glass cup provided in the bathroom.. I paid 50 RUB. And the additional breakfast fee for children is 75 RUB. Breakfast is varied, but.. if you go late.. you may not be able to eat warm soup dishes. It seems like there are not enough chefs. There is a live cooking corner, but there are many cases where the chefs are not at their seats, so you have to wait. Lastly, there seems to be no separate limit on the number of people per room. I recommend this accommodation for families with children.

The environment is good, by the seaside, but the air-conditioning in the room is seriously insufficient. We were a group of 6 rooms, and they were all too hot to sleep at night. There are not many rooms, a total of 30 to 40 rooms, and the swimming pool is good.

Horison lokasinya strategis, pelayanan sangat baik, sangat bersih, fasilitas sangat oke banget, makanannya delicious, sangat cocok jadi destinasi utk liburan keluarga. Namun ada sedikit saran, kursi santai yg sudah rusak kayu kayunya mohon diperbaiki dan mohon disediakan siaran tv lokal utk tv disetiap kamar. Over all good. Nanti kita pasti kembali lagi utk liburan ke Horison.
