"Amazing we got upgraded to Villa even though we booked the standard room. The decoration for the honeymoon were amazing. We did wake up at midnight to find a cat in the villa which was so cute and adorable. It was clean lovely pool. The food was also delicious and quiet we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended the stuff was super friendly."

"Already asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great! Two things for others booking this resort: - learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.  - the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper."

"Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay."

"The resort is located at Long Beach, which can only be reached by boat and shared by a few other resorts. Long Beach is very beautiful and not so overrun since it is mostly frequented by the people who are actually staying there. The resort provides an exceptionally good breakfast with fresh fruit and a great variety of savoury Asian and western dishes. The villas are very pretty and build into the hill with good aircon. The reception is very friendly and helpful. In the evening there are many nice places to have a beer or cocktail."

"This place is so peaceful great views although some of the passing boats can be quite noisy. We stayed in the ocean cliff view villa which was beautiful great size very clean. Make sure you bring a good book as there is no tv and the restaurant/ reception closes at 21.00. There is a steep walk up to the cliff view villas I quite liked it but it might not be ideal for everyone. There is no room service and only one restaurant they sometimes run out of some items, the spring rolls were our favourite one of the best in Thailand. The staff really made the trip so warm and welcoming. The only letdown is the beach is so rocky and not great for swimming, there are no sun loungers only plastic chairs or they provide bamboo mats to lay on but there are ants around and no beach towels provided. We enjoyed our stay but 2 days is probably enough."

"Phi Phi Cabana Hotel offers a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main pier. The friendly staff provided helpful service, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the large pool, were satisfactory. However, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was full of mosquitos upon arrival. While the hotel's location, service, and amenities were commendable, we believe that a higher standard of cleanliness is necessary to fully elevate the guest experience. Despite this, Phi Phi Cabana Hotel remains a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay on Phi Phi Island."

"We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily. Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort. Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️"

"We had an amazing time at Phi Phi natural resort. Our cabin was lovely, clean and spacious, beach was private and near us, ocean is clean and beautiful. Staff at resort are best we ever encountered and they were too sweet and kind. Restaurant had an amazing food and coctails, resort offered a lot of tours, massages, kayaking snorkeling and more. Anything you want and need. We had tears in our eyes while leaving. Hope to come back soon! ♥️"

"This hotel is located on the best stretch of Long Beach - there is a clean entrance to the sea without any reefs, only fine light sand and some broken corral brought by the sea. At low tide it is a bit shallow to swim, but you can still swim, unlike the rest of this beach. The sea here is clean; at the beginning of May there were no jellyfish or biting plankton. The room seemed worse from the pictures. Colorfully decorated. It is clear that it is not new. But it was clean, neat, and cosmetic repairs had apparently been done recently. There is enough space. The bed is so-so, a bit hard and the linen is not the best, the pillows are low. The air conditioner is noisy. TV, kettle, hairdryer. There are not enough light sources, especially in depth. There are enough sockets. The bathroom is spacious, everything worked, there were no problems with drainage. But from somewhere from time to time there was a smell. They started to close the plug in the sink, and it didn’t seem to smell as bad. In general, we expected the worst from the room. The terrace is large, in the first half of the day the sun is scorching, in the second half there is already a shadow from the roof on it. The territory is cozy, beautiful, unfortunately, not very tennis. Breakfast is not included. There is no buffet, you order from the menu. The most profitable is the American breakfast, it costs 250 or 280 baht (I don’t remember exactly), for those who don’t eat a very heavy breakfast, one is enough for two. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and colorful, guests from other hotels constantly came - the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. But it’s better not to buy tickets for the ferry and speedboats to Phuket at the hotel - they’re expensive and not all options are available. The free longtail transfer departs to the pier every 2 hours. Upon arrival at the pier, they look for “their people” using the check-in lists; if they haven’t booked, they won’t take you for free. I don't know when they were scheduled to leave for the hotel, but we had to wait a long time on the open pier for other guests to be found. In pouring rain and wind. The umbrella that the hotel employee gave us was not very helpful; we and our luggage got wet. It would be more convenient if the hotel sent a welcome letter with detailed check-in instructions and guests were collected on the beach, where there are awnings that will protect from both rain and sun. Finding the right person was still problematic, at least in the rain."

"The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. While the resort does excel in providing a serene and relaxing environment, the strict opening and closing times were a bit inconvenient. It’s great for older people and honeymooners and 2-3 days enough. After that it gets boring and quiet For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am . Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment"
