Phi Phi Islands Hotels with Bars

"The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful."

"The location of this resort is great as everything is so close by but having a beach club play music until 3am EVERY NIGHT is definitely not ideal for sleep and rest. It’s really unfortunate that I didn’t know about this earlier as I would have stayed elsewhere as I didn’t realise this part of the island is more the party scene. The lovely young lady at the front desk apologised when I asked her about the beach club music and she said it’s every night and loud. Of course, I let her know it’s not her fault at all. The room had everything I needed and water/toilet paper given each day. The pool area was good but could benefit from some umbrellas to provide shade from sun. The beds are so hard and really made it difficult to get proper sleep. Overall, the stay was good but I wouldn’t stay again due to beach club. The staff were very lovely and helpful!"

"Firstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.  I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay. If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out."

"Already asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great! Two things for others booking this resort: - learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.  - the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper."

"We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily. Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort. Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️"

"The resort is located at Long Beach, which can only be reached by boat and shared by a few other resorts. Long Beach is very beautiful and not so overrun since it is mostly frequented by the people who are actually staying there. The resort provides an exceptionally good breakfast with fresh fruit and a great variety of savoury Asian and western dishes. The villas are very pretty and build into the hill with good aircon. The reception is very friendly and helpful. In the evening there are many nice places to have a beer or cocktail."

"We had an amazing time at Phi Phi natural resort. Our cabin was lovely, clean and spacious, beach was private and near us, ocean is clean and beautiful. Staff at resort are best we ever encountered and they were too sweet and kind. Restaurant had an amazing food and coctails, resort offered a lot of tours, massages, kayaking snorkeling and more. Anything you want and need. We had tears in our eyes while leaving. Hope to come back soon! ♥️"

"The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. While the resort does excel in providing a serene and relaxing environment, the strict opening and closing times were a bit inconvenient. It’s great for older people and honeymooners and 2-3 days enough. After that it gets boring and quiet For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am . Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment"

"In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe."

"This is one of my favorite places to be. The location happens to be in the one of the most beautiful places on earth. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I love the access to the ocean. It's rather isolated, so take what you need and enjoy the stay."
