The location is insane! You have to walk 20 minutes after two bus stops from the airport. It becomes worse. If you enter the hotel after 22 hours, the check-in desk is closed. You have to wait in a long line to check in by yourself. It takes a long time for everyone! if you book the room by agency, they didn’t send you the reservation number. You have call the agency.

The service was nice . Good place to stay as a solo traveler. The guy at the reception was quite friendly.

All building works at this new hotel have now been completed. Rooms are nice & modern. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with many local & branded products. Tip: Ask for a quiet room on upper floors overlooking the greenery. The hotel is regularly served by several bus lines directly from the airport (only 2 stops). The distance is not walkable. Would definitely recommend!

Self-registration at the hotel (from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.) is a serious quest, a queue, only 1 working kiosk and you need to enter the details of all guests, which takes a long time. The room is cold, there is toilet paper on the ceiling for some unknown reason. A taxi to the hotel (2.5 km) cost 23 euros, which is expensive.

The room was average, just OK. It was quite dusty due to the black furniture. The most important thing was that my 50 Euro deposit has not been returned to my card yet, and I don't know who to ask for the money.

Close to the airport. There are buses and shuttle buses to the airport. But the bus interval is long, usually one hour. There are no shops or restaurants around the hotel. Suitable for temporary accommodation before catching a morning flight.

The self-service check-in was confusing, mainly because Ctrip did not send the check-in code. Fortunately, the remedy was timely and I did not have to wait too long. It was still a distance from the airport, which was somewhat inconvenient to catch the plane. The room was not big, but it was well-equipped. The three beds were clearly arranged. It was also a good experience.

The hotel is only two bus stops away from BER airport. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The room was clean. When checking in, I had to provide the invoice number instead of the booking number. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel to go to the airport. If you are very close to the airport, taxis are also readily available. The cost is cheap and the accommodation is clean.

I arrived late and tried to check in using the kiosk, but I couldn't check in with the reservation number I received from Trip.com. I left an inquiry and received a different reservation code to check in. The room was small, but it wasn't bad.
