Everything was great—absolutely no complaints. However, one detail really stood out for me and turned into a game-changer. I realized I had forgotten my USB cable to charge my cellphone, which I urgently needed. Before heading out to buy a replacement, I started looking around the room for a potential solution—honestly, more out of desperation than hope. And then, I noticed the radio clock! Curious, I checked it out and discovered a set of built-in charging cables. To my surprise and relief, one of them was exactly what I needed. It saved me both time and money. Thank you for providing such a thoughtful touch—it made my stay even better!

Good location. A good value hotel in midtown. Very accessible to public transit. Clean and proper room but might be a little small if you bring two large suitcases.

36 street location lots of road construction jobs firemen came at mid night, we all went to lobby by stairs. all guests gathered at the lobby. ppl all were worrying and quite tired. but no workers came and sent a confort. quite disappointed

Excellent location. Room is of decent size for New York. Staff is friendly and can store luggage for you if you arrive early.

Very convenient location, easily accessible to major streets and shops. Double bedroom are spacious, clean and comfy. Staff are nice, polite and responsive to our needs. Surely will come back again to this hotel next time we visit New York.

Great location near to Penn Station, Time Square, Hudsons Yard, within walking distance. Bed was super comfy, I would have loved to stay in all day to maximise my stay.

the hotel is nice and modern; rooms are more specious compared to stanadrd NYC. unfortunately the area is full of homeless and it's not safe to walk alone in the evening, despite it being really central and close to metro stop.

The room is not very big, but it is OK. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. The location is good, the hotel is in the city center, and it is convenient for shopping and going to the airport. I didn't think to take pictures of the interior during my short stay.

First of all, New York hotels are expensive at RMB 3.5k per day, and there are only 1- or 2-star hotels in China! There is no lobby, and there are only 8-9 rooms on each floor. There is a small gym on the sixth floor and a bar on the first floor. I don't know if it is a hotel. Outside the window is the high-rise building opposite, and the street is narrow. The room is small, the facilities are old, and the lights are flickering

I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The environment is good, convenient, and the service is good.
