"I had a great stay here. Bed was okay. You just gotta find the comfortable spots. Some spots are slightly uncomfortable. Its very clean all around. The food is good, but slightly limited. They provide free bikes, but 80% of the them are dangerous and fall apart midway your trip. This has caused me multiple inconveniences. Upon such situation they apologized sincerely and requested to come pick me up. They should replace the bikes for a better and safer experiences. The bathroom has an interesting mountain view from it’s back. The area is beautiful. The weekdays are great value. On weekends their prices almost double and for that price I would recommend anyone to stay somewhere else to save up to 50% of your money"

"It was a trip with my parents and our couple. My father was my first overseas trip, so I thought this kind of accommodation would not be bad for about 2 nights, so I experienced it, but it was very successful. First of all, it is a location and road that is easier to walk than other accommodations. However, it is not a location that is less accessible, but it is surprisingly quiet so you can give you a counting point. It was not uncomfortable because it was close to the place where you must sweat, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away. The homestay breakfast was simple, so it wasn't bad, but those with a lot of quantities may be a little hungry. Drinks are in a coffee shop together, so you don't have to go far. The swimming pool is small and small, but I couldn't use it because I didn't have a swimsuit. Usually, many Westerners swim. The downside is that the accommodation is a bit old. However, considering the price range, it wasn't bad and the staff were all friendly, so it was a pleasant trip. If you come to sweat again someday, you're willing to visit again. However, if you come with a lover, not a family, please go to a slightly more luxurious hotel class."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The swimming pool is simply incredible and perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. The boss is super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast is top notch, offering a variety of delicious choices. The hotel offers a multitude of services such as bicycle and scooter rental, which is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. In addition, they advise you on the routes to follow in Ninh Binh, which is a big plus for discovering this beautiful region. I recommend this hotel 100%!"

"В других отзывах об этом отеле я читала, что велосипеды дают в аренду бесплатно. Это не так. Мы взяли в аренду три велосипеда на один день и заплатили 150,000 молодому человеку на ресепшн. Когда мы возвращали велосипеды, хозяйка нам сказала, что они для нас бесплатны на все время аренды. Однако, мы уже заплатили и больше они нам были не нужны. Оплаченные деньги нам никто не вернул. Мы приехали утром и на следующей день, вечером должны были уехать. Поэтому я попросила переместить завтрак второго дня на первый, поскольку мы его теряли из-за отъезда вечером. А приехав рано утром как раз хотелось позавтракать, но в день заселения, как всем известно, завтрака не бывает.Хозяйка была очень любезна и согласилась. Большое ей спасибо за отзывчивость! Потом она сказала, что третий завтрак будет бесплатно. Мы конечно поблагодарили ее, но мы же уезжали вечером. Третий завтрак нам был не нужен. У меня осталось очень странное впечатление. С одной стороны, нам старались предложить лучшие условия. С другой стороны, то, что нам предлагали, было неактуально. По поводу номера. Мы жили в бунгало номер 1, около бассейна. Слышимость очень высокая. Мы слышали все, что происходит в бассейне, вплоть до обычных разговоров. Это конечно минус. На второй день пребывания у нас в номере не было уборки. Но поскольку мы выселялись вечером, я не стала уточнять причины. Поскольку бунгало находится у реки, по которой постоянно плавают лодки с туристами, будьте готовы к тому, что посидеть на кресле около бунгало не получится, вас будут постоянно рассматривать с мимо проезжающих лодок. Сам номер был достаточно чистый и уютный. Понравилось, что можно заказать коктейли. Ужинов не было, ходили в другое место. В целом, рекомендую!"

С первых минут пребывания я почувствовал себя как дома благодаря чудесному обслуживанию и искренней заботе сотрудников. Территория отеля просто восхитительна — утопает в зелени и тропических растениях. Здесь повсюду раскинулись пышные сады с экзотическими деревьями, яркими цветами и сочными фруктами. Прогулки по такой красоте — настоящее удовольствие! Персонал здесь просто замечательный — все сотрудники невероятно отзывчивые и дружелюбные. Любое обращение к ним решалось моментально, причём с улыбкой и искренним желанием помочь. Особенно приятно, когда тебя встречают таким тёплым гостеприимством. Сам номер превзошёл все ожидания — уютный, чистый и невероятно комфортный. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: удобная мебель, современная техника, качественные постельные принадлежности. Уборка проводится регулярно. Особо хочу выделить завтраки в отеле — они просто восхитительны! Разнообразное меню включает как традиционные блюда, так и интернациональную кухню. Всё приготовлено из свежих продуктов, с особой заботой о вкусе и качестве. Особенно радуют свежие тропические фрукты, которые подают на завтрак — они сочные, ароматные и невероятно вкусные! Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернусь снова!"

"If I could give it a 10. I would. Alex/Long and his wife are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the pool a great way to end the day. Their suggestions of what to do was very helpful and they happily arranged transport to and from the homestay. The push bikes well maintained and perfect for getting around this piece of heaven. I loved it so much I came back after going to Cat Ba."

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience throughout! Room was clean and had hot water, Netflix and aircon. View at the homestay was great and allowed us to relax thoroughly. Host was very friendly and gave us good advice on where to travel in the area. We had bbq and family was so kind to help us with the bbq. Location is ideal for travelling to trang an boat ride and hang mua cave. Bicycle rental is for free. Overall, highly recommend others to visit this homestay to complete your vietnam experience!"
