Everything’s good ka

Room are nice. a bit far from everywhere have two roof top swimming pool for the people who have enough party. or looking for private party... SUPER QUIET SUPER QUIET SUPER QUIET

The hot water didn’t work first night stay and we move to another room. Shampoo and soap is too small bottles for two guests

Overall very good. I recommend staying in room 207. It's a large room with a jacuzzi. It's not stuffy and the bed is very comfortable.

This hotel is near the sea. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are good, attentive and friendly.

The room is spacious but quite old. The Jacuzzi is very big. 4 people can use it at the same time. The breakfast line is a bit small. The taste is normal. The receptionist is cheerful and smiling.

Good place, good value for money. Jacuzzi in the room is very comfortable. Parents like it very much. You can see the sea view from the rooftop.

I locked the valuables in the safe and it was not damaged. At night, I found that the safe was damaged. But the items were not stolen, so I checked out immediately the next day and asked to check the matter. Afterwards, the manager did not Don’t call us, we’re wronged, we’re broken, we’re so bad, we want us to lose money, we’ve been harassed all day long, irresponsible, if you want us to go to the police station and help them report to the hotel, then you’ll lose money and have a bad attitude 

Really satisfied, the front desk staff is really super nice! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! There is also a balcony that is very comfortable. I lost a very important bracelet. I got rid of the front desk to help me find it, but we have already checked out, and the waiter threw it in a garbage bag. She helped me find it and washed it for me! 😭 so touched

Costa Village Bangsaray The hotel is not very far into the alley. It's quite far from Bang Saray Beach. In the morning, it might be enough to walk, but during the day when the sun is hot, it's better to drive and chill out. 🏨 The hotel is decorated in white and blue tones, simple, unique. Arriving at a welcome drink, the interior of the room is decorated in white tones. Makes the room look spacious and clean, the bathroom is separated into dry zones, wet zones, complete with bathroom accessories, good water flow. 🔥 Highlights here Probably a rooftop viewpoint In the evening, it's good to sit and watch the beautiful sunset view and feel the cool breeze. 🚙 The hotel area is quite narrow. Relatively little parking But the hotel is managed well.

We stayed there december 30 to january 1 2025. We decided to go back there for the 4th time and to celebrate our new year as a couple. Well, what a way to end our year. It was kind of a nightmare staying there. Firstly, we were checked in to a different room that we had booked. 2nd, the veranda where the jacuzzi was placed, was very filthy and filled with bird poop. 3rd, the small stair well going to the jacuzzi is also used as a door to access the bottom part of the jacuzzi tubes and motor and the smell was horendous. It smelled like a dead rat in a sweaty wooden cabinet that was locked for months. We had to place wet towels to cover the gaps so we won't gag or puke at worst. 4th, we asked the guy to cover the jacuzzi access room and the guy said wait and he will be back but lo and behold, he never came back. 5th, when we transferred to another room the following day, it was better than the first room. No more foul smell... buuuuut, water was the problem, we run out of water and when it was finally back, the color of the water was quite dirty. Like broqnish, greenish color. We could've complained because we were a paying customer but we just ignored it so the staff can have a break on us. I dont want them to think that we are the asian karens. 6th, plug at tge tub in the shower/toilet room had a rusty screw that i almost fell and hit the glass wall because i accidentally stepped on it. 7th, the jacuzzi is deteriorating and no maintenance are marked around it. You can tell by the chipping parts and rough surfaces and rusty water sprouts. 8th, the 2 blue pillows with theese words "sleep" and "well", are also dirty and ypu can see from the letterings that it had been a while since the last time it was washed. 9th, the walls inside and outside the rooms are fading and chipping of as well. Lastly the hallway smells awefull. All in all, we will never go back there again. It was a hidden gem for us when we first went there. It just simply declines everyime we go there. It pains me to point all these things out but it is necessary. I honestly think that the owners had ignored the hotel for a long time now and you can tell it once you're there. Anyways, i still wish them well and may the owners ba able to bring it back to it's former glory.
