The rooftop bar is very nice and has a great view

The staff are very attentive and attentive. The hotel is very beautiful. Come visit with a group of friends and have a comfortable stay, making traveling smoother and more fun. The rooms are quite large. Delicious breakfast

Arrived from ship about 11.30 room not ready so thought no problem we will go into city come back for 3. Came back at 4 still no room ready. 4.45 before we got our room. The Silversea representative was hiding up on the mezzanine floor and never showed her face only knew she was there after we got our room The room was dark and dingy overlooking the inner of the hotel however comfortable and clean. Bar service is slow and  breakfast  even slower. Waited 45 minutes for an omelette and then gave up. Complained to manager and duly got breakfast refunded. Tried  the restaurant which was overpriced and lacking in style not to mention tasteless food.  This hotel is obviously block booked by Silversea and Viking cruises which I suggest they change hotels as this one is in my opinion  is not up to scratch fora 5 star hotel Tip book elsewhere and eat out in the lovely restaurants down turn

The location of the hotel is simply awesome. On Liberty Avenue, Loewe is on the first floor of the lobby. It's a luxury to walk all the way, which is great for girls who love to buy. The breakfast was so-so, nothing to do, nothing special. The top floor is a small bar, overlooking the entire Liberty Avenue is good.

Breakfast is plentiful, the transportation is convenient, there is a civil aviation bus not far from the door, and the subway is close at hand. The railway station is not far away. On Liberty Avenue, all the sights of the old city can be reached on foot. Go to the seaside attractions by bus.
