Good service, especially impressed receptionists. Breakfast is so nice, you’d better to try fresh milk & eggs. Room is simple but very clean and large. I really enjoyed & relaxed during stay.

Nice place

The cleaning and amenities are excellent. It's a nice hotel. Although it's undeniable that it's old. The breakfast was delicious, with both Japanese and Western dishes available.

Considering it is a 5-star hotel, the service and facilities are disappointing (the air conditioner doesn't work in the lockers, and the noise from other rooms is annoying), but I think the location of the hotel within the park and the appearance were good.

Huis Ten Bosch's most luxurious official hotel, the rooms are quite decent. The canal can be seen from the window in the evening and it is very beautiful. When I visited, the hall was filled with tulips and the live music in the evening was very charming. The breakfast was delicious and there were Miffy children's plates and cutlery. If you purchase a Starlight ticket on the day of check-in, you can exchange it for a free one-day ticket the next day. And you can enjoy one hour early admission. The part I really wanted to experience but unfortunately was not knowing how to use the canal’s check-in service. Luggage can be stored. You need to walk a short distance to park, and the parking area is easily confused when navigating. Pay special attention to the parking lot of the European Hotel.

Overall, my satisfaction was close to perfect. I was very satisfied with the staff's attitude, service, the entertainment value of the check-in cruiser, and the convenience. Also, by coincidence, the summer fireworks could be seen very beautifully from the room I booked, which made it even more wonderful. The room was spacious enough, and there were no problems with the water. I gave the hotel a cleanliness rating of 4, but the cleaning was at a comfortable level and there were almost no issues during my stay, but basically aging is unavoidable, so I gave it a rating of 4. I like this European style hotel. The location is in the northeast corner of the park. The service is very good, and the kaiseki cuisine in the hotel's Japanese restaurant tastes great. There is also a free shuttle to the hot spring baths. The whole family had a great time.

The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious. After checking in, you can buy the Starlight Ticket and get a free one-day pass for the next day. You can enter the hotel one hour early and enjoy Huis Ten Bosch.

The room is a little small, but the service is very good and the breakfast is good. It is in a public area, but when you go out and turn left, you will find the park, and if you stay at the hotel and buy a half-day ticket for the first day, you can get a subsequent 1-day ticket. We stayed for two days and got a 2-day ticket, which is very convenient.

The location is excellent. The facilities are a bit old but clean. After checking in, we were surprised to find that we were upgraded to a room. The service was very good and the atmosphere in the park was very relaxing! The restaurant closes early!
