I had a great experience at the apartment, the apartment was clean, central location, especially the landlord was very friendly and enthusiastic, will definitely come back in the future

Pleasant stay in D'Capitale apartment, although the apartment unit is not fully soundproof and I can hear a lot of honking sound even at night with the door fully closed. The plus side is that it is just beside the Vincom Center Tran Duy Hung mall. Do note that there is no gym and swimming pool access (during summer period only).

If you're young and looking for a place with excitement, you might be a bit far away in terms of time in a taxi, if your OK with that, this is the spot to be. We asked for a higher floor and the boss looked after us, surreal view of hanoi!!!! You honestly feel like you walked back into your apartment at home, they have a proper sized fridge better for longer stays. full kitchen with everything from chopsticks to your favourite sauce. Anything you need extra, check your wardrobe. A/C in EVERY ROOM, portable heater, warm smile from security you feel at home. ******** only draw back was the sliding door in the living room had been damaged and didn't close properly, so it was cold if you didn't put the portable heater on. If you can survive 10mins in cold while the portable heater kicks in. This is the spot to be ********

Location is away from old quarter.. traffic is bad so plan ahead. Apartment was good and comfortable. Owner has provided water, and basic needs to start off which was enough for us during our stay. Not many eating places around if you want authentic dinning. Mall is nearby walking distance but expensive.

Building was modern and near a shopping mall but a bit far away from tourist attractions. The apartment itself could do with updating such as new cutlery. Positive sides were Smart TV and washing machine.

The owner responded promptly, location is fine. A bit of expensive.

I came to Hanoi for a business trip, and I had a great time at this clean, conveniently located accommodation. Hanoi Miding is close by, and it's convenient to get around. There are restaurants and malls nearby, which is nice. I think I'll definitely come back next time I visit Hanoi. Oh, and the casino is also close by.. ㅋㅋㅋ

It is a mid-to-upper class apartment with rooms for rent, and the fitness center and pool are charged for by the tenants. There are small shops and banks nearby, which is convenient, but it is difficult to find them and taxi fare is expensive.

The room is clean, spacious, easy to check in, and the housekeeper service is also very good. You can contact via WeChat and check in by yourself. I always stay at his house when I am on a business trip

The furniture is shabby, there is a bit of toilet drain smell and the place is not clean. There is too much traffic from the direction of the balcony, and the bedroom curtains are not enough to block light. The location where I live is very convenient. There are large shopping malls, and dining and shopping are very convenient.
