優點是距離佐世保火車站很近，300米的樣子，距離汽車總站和公交樞紐200米；有洗衣房，居然是在天台。去港口邊吃飯購物也比較方便。 缺點是房間真的很小很小很小，而且有一股黴味。前台空調開得很大，樓層裏卻不開，房間空調也有些打不冷的感覺。 湊合兩晚上沒啥問題，不過也就是湊合。
