Nikko Properties in Sapporo

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the East Exit of JR Sapporo Station, making it super convenient to get to places like Hokkaido University and Odori Park – all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel service is exceptional; every staff member proactively greets guests and asks if they need any assistance. The rooms are spotless! During our stay, a small incident occurred: my child accidentally put the 'to be processed' tag on our suitcase, which led to it being collected. When K. Kou (Huang) found out, he immediately reassured us, asked for details about the suitcase, and quickly helped communicate with the relevant parties to track it down and successfully retrieve it. We are especially grateful for his help! We hope the hotel can convey our gratitude, and that of my family, directly to him again. Thank you for your professionalism!
