Do not select this hotel if the price is above USD100 per night. The selling point is the location, very close to JR station and with a few restaurants nearby in 3-minute walk. There is no complimentary water provided in this room (queen size bed). I think nowadays this is quite mean.

The rooms are of a decent size with simple yet elegant decor. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from JR Sapporo Station. It's also conveniently close to the famous Hokkaido University, roughly a 10-15 minute stroll away. Rooms offer expansive views. The ground-floor restaurant features a wide variety of delicious, reasonably priced dishes, and operates for long hours, though you might need to queue during peak meal times.

Great stay with exceptional breakfast! HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Sapporo Park offers a fantastic variety of breakfast options, from Japanese specialties to Western classics, all freshly prepared and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient for exploring Sapporo. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great dining options. No the best onset, but ok at the same time.

The hotel is relatively new,located right in the centre of the city ,room a bit small but very cosy,highly recommended.

I extended my stay at this hotel for another week. The breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options, and the dishes are quite thoughtfully prepared. While there's a convenience store close by, for more substantial dining options, you'll need to venture a bit further. However, popular areas like Odori and Susukino, brimming with restaurants and shops, are just two tram stops away.

I stayed in a twin room, and the room was clean and tidy. There was a slight sewage smell, but it was bearable. The location was also about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Susukino, so it was totally tolerable. However, I would not recommend it to people who don't like walking or don't want to spend money on transportation.
